100%… I lost my dad when I was 21, he was 61, this December will be 10yrs, I still miss him dearly, it never gets better or “easier”, it just gets more numb.

@@MsNoPixelI lost my Dad to cancer four years ago, then had to move to a far away city to live with family. While he does not replace my Dad at all, yet my brother in law has become a very good friend.

I lost my only child my son to suicide little over 2 years ago at just 23 years old. I sympathize with the parents on all levels. My prayers go out to them.

I recently found my best friend and his mother was in the phone with me I can not stop hearing the most devastating howl she let out as I was screaming I could not save him it’s tough everyday but I know I am here for a reason I can’t give up I miss him everyday

I thought that was extremely loving of Theresa to, in other words, explain that it’s not necessary to talk about h o w a suicide was completed. It’s hard enough dealing with it as a generally heartache.

I’m glad this entire family got all the answers they needed and can live more peacefully. For my guys out there, *showing emotion is not a sign of weakness* This father had a strong connection with his daughter and y’all shouldn’t let anyone tell u it’s not ok to cry.

I lost my eldest brother on christmas in 2014, he was 18, my other brothers were 16 and 12. I was 14. Also lost an uncle last year. Every few years I find myself thinking about my brother, wondering how things could have been different, why it happened, what our relationship had been in the past and what it was becoming. usually try not to dwell and just put it out of my mind after a thought or two, can't change the past bur its never easy to lose family
