Mine has the leg indentation, it's from the plastic prison, put in while it was still hardening? I have loose ankles and head peg as well.. I love that he stands with serpentor evenly. I love the line, want a bat but the rest are passes because the price.

Nice. One thing I wanted to point out though is that the figure does indeed have that reflected "squiggle" on the face plate; You can see it @12:55 (you point directly at it) and @13:54. Its just a more realistically natural effect and I think that was what the makers were going for. Anyways thanks for the review I enjoyed it.

perhaps but its really faint, I wished they had made it a little more stand out and added also the white reflections so it looked more like the cartoon. Same with Destro if they were going for the cartoon look his helmet shouldn't have been chrome it should have been a grey. Thanks for coming by and checking out the video, did you end up picking up any of these GIJOE Ultimate figures yourself?

Great review! Now that you mentioned the center line & squiggles that were on the face mask, I totally remember that. As for the pistol the 3.75 figure came with, apparently that was called his "standard issue E.M.I. electromagnetic laser weapon" (per one of his file cards). Shame they didn't include it.

I have a couple of the G I. Joe Classified Cobra Commanders, but I want a more cartoon accurate version, so I'll probably pick this one up over the weekend. Bummer about the dented leg, hope this isn't a common thing. Thanks for the review Spot.

what the classified line should have looked like if not Hasbro over re-designing the characters- but they are taller than the other lines like MOTU and Thundercats - great start for this line and i do hope this will be available in our area

Was gonna pass on this one but I got a great price on a bundle with this and the escape crew. When I switched the heads for the striped cartoon helmet it was just really loose. I never heard a snap and I feel though I'm stripping the lock...and about the break the neck.... I like the look but it feels really weak and flimsy in my hand for a regularly $60 figure. I like having him I guess but if I paid full price I'd be very disappointed. My favorite part is the accessories

I have the same mixed feelings about this figure that I have with Duke; not really a fan of the cartoon accurate approach, but I feel Hasbro did with its Classified Cobra Commander figure something that would have gone much better with a hooded head rather than a helmeted one (if only they added an extra head featuring the hood). At least this one feels a bit more like the helmeted Cobra Commander.

I don’t know for sure but what you keep referring to as glue on these figures looks to me like leeching between the plastic tray and figure like some kind of reaction between the two different plastics. That, or else it’s some kind of release agent or residue from the figure mold because why would there be glue? Again, just my opinion versus an expert analysis.it is odd though.

Hasbro said no Hooded Cobra Commander head, so S7 couldn't include it. Rumors were they said it was too much like a KKK member. Whatever the reason, Hasbro said no to S7.

That tiny cobra symbol on his chest bothers me to no end. Really screws up the look. In the cartoon it is big and in your face. Even that red they used for it doesn't really 'pop' like it should.
