The only spawn I could find and although I prefer the sword and axe, I feel that the mace compliments the spikes on his gauntlet and boots well

I got Classic Spawn with the brown cape and an axe and Malefik Spawn both from the MK 11 line for 30 bucks in total. They're great figures, I'm really happy with them. I'm considering picking up Lord Covenant Spawn too.

The aesthetics and articulation is outstanding. I like the mace the most.

This variant is the only one that I can find with a decent price, both the sword and axe variants are priced way too high now. Considering that the only main difference are the weapons, I might get this one and just "borrow" the weapons of my other spawn figures.

Although all I could find was sword Spawn, I do feel that this and the axe versions are more appropriate. I'd like to get a standalone version of the Spawn that came with the throne, take the axe, and make myself an In the Demon's Hand version.

I got the standard Spawn with the mace, and one with a yellow cape that came with the axe. Or vice versa, I have 2 different colored Spawns and both axe and mace. They're stellar figures.

When they send you a sample, does that mean you have to it return it? Or can you keep it

depends on the company that I work with, some ask for the item back so it can be provided to another reviewer, other times we are allowed to keep them

I think I'd say my favourite is the one with the Axe also, it seems to be the most "Spawn" kind of weapon to me

Question: has anyone sent you (or have you considered buying) any of those third-party posable capes for this figure? The ones I'm talking about have short and long versions but both have a shiny, leathery finish to them and have a great amount of width.
