Africa's $6 Billion Dollar Futuristic City In The Sea

Eko Atlantic City will soon be Nigeria’s futuristic city on the sea. It is being built on reclaimed land in the Atlantic ocean and will feature numerous luxurious apartment complexes and skyscrapers. The new city will feature numerous marinas including one at Eko Energy Estate and another at Azuri Peninsula. Notable developments include the Eko Atlantic Mall, Lagos Sky Tower, Alpha 1 Tower, and Eko Pearl Towers. Eko Pearl Towers is made up of five unique residential towers and 2 corporate towers. The top floors of the Residential Towers are where you’ll find some extremely luxurious penthouses. The Lagos Sky Tower will include a rooftop bar and rooftop infinity pool where guests can relax and swim. Eko Boulevard will be lined with corporate and financial buildings, and the centrally located Eko Atlantic City Canal will make traveling from district to district a breeze. The Harbour Lights District of Eko Atlantic City will be home to the Church of All Nations. The Church of All Nations is both a Church and an apartment complex. The bottom half of the building will consist of residences while the top will house a massive church complete with a church bell and giant cross. All you’ll have to do is hop in a water taxi. How lucky you are to live such a comfortable life🙂🙂 I am 20 years old. I have been living a very sad life since I was born😔 I've never really seen the food here. Thea has never been in such a comfortable vehicle. Since my father died, I was entrusted with the responsibility of the family. The money I earn from my job is not enough for my mother and me to live on. We are both hungry most of the day. Sometimes we go hungry for two days straight🥺 Our house is getting wet due to the prevailing rains these days. We are living a very difficult life. I hope someone who sees this will help us. hello my friend. the answer to your question is very simple. GDP is the total wealth of a country. nigeria has around 450B $ of wealth but it also has a population of 200 million people. this means that the per capita GDP is 2.200 $ only. GDP per capita is a much more accurate way to measure wealth. nigeria ranks 19th in africa on wealth (per capita) first is seychelles with a per capita GDP of 17.000 $. thats because they only have a total GDP of 1.7 Billion (compare to nigeria's 450 billion) BUT the population is only 100.000 compared to nigeria's 200.000.000. i hope i helped you understand.

GDP per capita is a more accurate way of measuring a country's wealth than GDP, you can have a very large GDP but a very small gdp per capita when you have a large population. Take the example of India and Switzerland, India has a larger gdp than Switzerland of $2.8 trillion but you have to consider that India has a population of 1.3 billion making a gdp per capita of $2000 making it a poor country, on the hand Switzerland with a gdp of $850 billion but you have to consider that Switzerland has a population of only 10 million people making its gdp per capita $85,000 making the Swiss among the wealthiest people in the world even by western standards.

This is all very confusing. There’s millions of Nigerians all over North America, Europe, Asia and even other parts of Africa ,living illegally and fighting tooth and nail , not to be deported back to this “ paradise”. As for the biggest economy in Africa, is it somehow confused with the biggest population, perhaps? Me thinks the latter🤷🏽‍♂️
