Sir but it as cons also Like heat will be radiated out so efficiency decreased. And also if we store heat as energy in insulated container after some time it will automatically cool down dut to loss by conduction, convection and radiation.

every thing that holds energy looses energy over time so saying it will discharge overtime time is pointless and you have to look at its usage pattern to see weather its useful or useless .If the system is meant to work form day to nigh so if it can retain 80+ % of power over 24 hr its useful, no one is making this as it will hold power form winter to summer that not its intend market or use

Sir what I can understand is, these thermal storage batteries can be used as source of power to run the room heaters in the chilly winter months, now plz tell me is it capable to run for a period of 3 to 4 months without recharging. Our power consumption is 800 kw per month. And how much costs for such type batteries.

its meant for 24 hr period for example solar power charges in peak daylight and it keeps it running 24 hr its not meant for long term storage

Petrol + electric Hybrids vehicles = bad idea many car companies tried it all production line ran at a loss. Engineering Rule 01 = complexity is the enemy of reliability. When you talk about Hybrids you are talking about a car that has 2 car in it so its weights a lot and is very inefficient. The simple electric car is cheaper to make and easy to maintain and kw per km is high.
