What if the display is giving battery sign and beep sign when you turn it on?? Need some help on this

It means the vehicle is plugged into shore power & engine is running at the same time. Before starting the engine unplug the cable.

Setpoint is locked, do you know how to unlock or access a menu which allows that to be changed?

Hold the Down & Equal Key 5 seconds that will take you to locked menu. Change the set point by Changing SPL screen.

Hold Down + double line together for 5 second. It will take you to backend don’t chang any other settings. Go to SPL and change it to your desired set point.
