Girls think guys mature slower when it's been proven that both minds mature at the same rate. What does mature faster is a woman's physique. So because their physiques mature faster they garner attention from not just men their age but older men as well, thus they experience older situations earlier. This as apposed to growing along side their male counter parts. Then men know unless they are bringing from their teens, they won't see returns until there late twenties early thirties. Possibly beyond thus that's how the whole cycle of relationships go.

Why is this woman always generalizing on men? Yet she isn’t taking or showing any accountability on the side of women. MOST WOMEN WANT BAD BOYS, most women want a nigga with a bunch of money, most women want to have gift bought by the payload for them, most women want to make their money and yet spend their man’s money, most women are just selfish and into themselves and so much more!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys! To clarify, all women do not want the same thing LOL. These are just several different things I wanted to bring after speaking with some women from my audience, as well as peers, before coming in to the podcast. Also, my desires are just DESIRES for the current place in my life after my last relationship. Nothing is a deal breaker. As far as income, I want to experience dating people in a similar financial position after not doing that for many years, as as much as we do not want to admit it, finances definitely can strain a relationship. This was all just throwing ideas back and forth and super fun!! Open to discussing with you all further here :)

When she mentions dating men with potential that’s the problem... the idea that we can ‘change’ & ‘improve’ them. That’s why we end up upset & feeling ‘played’ because we tried to build a man... as women we need to accept what’s in our face. It’s not a woman’s job to ‘build’ a man. It’s a mans job to build himself & a woman’s job to build herself. Nobody is perfect but we need to show up in relationships being accountable for ourselves. That idea of ‘building’ a man is saviour complex. & that’s playing into the role of being his mother. We gotta learn how to be his wife, confidant, & partner...

@NEGATIVE THOUGHTS gospel this is why majority of women will continue to lose LOL once their past 25 the only men that want them are the average joes who are also in that age group. The 1% men only want women from 20-25 that are as you said Feminine, look good, have sex and bring peace to a man Its that simple. But women will be like " well why should i do this if he doesnt do that" 💀 i dont even understand what the issue is. If a man says he wants how the FK are you going to tell him he can only get it IF he meets your criteria 💀 No that doesnt work THE WOMAN has to meet the MANS CRITERIA and THEN she can place her CRITERIA. See I find women dont understand theyre EXPENDABLE for the simple FACT there are other women out there with tits, ass and boobs that are willing to do things YOU wont. Women are in competition with EVERY OTHER WOMAN on the PLANET for the affections of a MAN. You have to MEET THE MANS NEEDS which will in turn ideally have him dismiss ALL THE OTHER WOMEN and put a RING ON YOU. But i digress WOMEN think its the MEN who should make THEM happy first LMFAO. And now we see what that THINKING has led too a culture of CASUAL SEX. Because MEN of realized WOMEN arent trying to make them HAPPY theyre just trying to get the MEN to make them HAPPY and MEN are saying FK THAT well just go into "CASUAL SEX" MODE where we FK everything that moves and go from woman to woman since thats the only benefit they are willing to provide without stipulations. 😂😂 its hilarious women will give thier body up to men before they ever be submissive 💀how backwards is that? Which in turn is starting a NEW ERA where MEN dont even see the need to be in committed relationships or get married because SEX is so easily accessible the right man can have a NEW WOMAN in his bed EVERY NIGHT. With NO STRESS or COMMITTMENT 💀. Women FKD the game up by refusing to meet the standards of MEN and in turn DEMANDING MEN meet their standards and MEN have begun to say FK YOU. This is why marriage rates are DOWN this is why less and less men of quality ie the good looking dudes and the richer men arent getting into relationships with any kind of seriousness leading to marriage. Until WOMEN change (they wont) MEN will just go into CASUAL SEX mode and yall will be salty as hell being 30 35 40 with 2+ baby daddys and no ring 💀

But if we go for men who are only already building or built themselves then we're gold diggers and not ride or dies or women who don't want to be with a man when he has nothing thus makes us " shallow" right?
@NicoleSoule

@NEGATIVE THOUGHTS I don’t disagree with you... but on some level as adults we need to show up with something. Just like Hafeez & Chris say in their videos their advice for men is to focus on themselves & building their business/finances/life in their 20s. Of course women want a man with a foundation, we’re looking for stability for our family... it’s not that a man has to be perfect because nobody is. Not everyone wants the 1% super lavish lifestyle. But the bare minimum is being able to sustain yourself & if you’re looking for a woman be able to provide for a family... so I don’t completely disagree with hypergamy because as a feminine woman we do want to date up & be with a man that can lead/head our household. Someone that we don’t even have to think about submitting to, we naturally do because of how he shows up.

The thing I found most fascinating (aside that there was no female accountability or introspection on what role women are playing from a woman’s point of view that contribute to these challenges) is that, although Taty might be mature in thought, Chris literally fed her a man’s cheat sheet MULTIPLE times, telling her how to pass the test in front of her yet she didn’t pick up on any of the social cues.. more than social cues..he literally spelled it out .. see 20:45. How different this talk would have been if she actually HEARD what they said. Chris literally said be cooperative, be joyful, watch your energy, be feminine, be kind, yet she continued countering just about everything they said in a need to be “right.” How much she could have taken away if she had simply listened.

i just wanna speak on behalf of us women, we don’t all think the same way! i’m only 20 but i’ve realized that men and women don’t want the same things from each other. ive found that women want stability and security while men want companionship and femininity. most men don’t really care if we’re successful tbh. men just want to know that you have his back, are emotionally mature and mentally stable enough to take care of his children lol (for the most part) women should continue to be educated and run their businesses, but also understand that that’s not what’s going to get a guy to commit to you. continue to love and work on yourself, enjoy life, be happy, try not to stress about what other people are doing and the right man who wants to treat you like a queen will come along. also never🤌🏾chase🤌🏾a🤌🏾man

She talked a bit about how ‘men aren’t really interested in interdependency’. I’d love to know in what way she would like a man to be dependent on her? Emotionally? Financially? Also, on the point about women maturing quicker, it’s true in terms of sexual maturity, as in the physiology and biology. Whenever the idea that women mature faster comes up, it’s usually in the context of relationship and settling down etc. Generally speaking, both genders mature in accordance with the relevant variables that affect maturity. These variables aren’t as tied to gender necessarily as they might be to environment, upbringing and so on.

We know it’s not financially .. she already said that ...so we can assume it’s emotionally. It seems to me she’s saying women want to know he needs her and brings something to him that he doesn’t have and can’t have by himself. (One thing they didn’t mention here is the traditional female role of cooking, cleaning, homemaking etc. It’s historically been these areas where you find the answer to the question ... that men especially valued a woman’s expertise or presence here and depended on women not just for the emotional but for domestic skills that were valued. But many men now say cooking and cleaning have already been learned and mastered and women aren’t necessary for this. Eating out has changed the entire US food game with the rise of the US restaurant, even fast food restaurants, making people’s meals fast, affordable and easy. And the accessibility of prepared/semi-prepared foods/processed food (throw a microwave in a pot) and the microwave and hours of meal prep from scratch have been reduced to 4mins and a button not to mention all of it now delivered to you) so a woman isn’t needed for that either This role game has completely changed that’s why - in fairness - she’s searching for an answer. In addition to her domestic role being diminished to men, the emotional role has shifted. She wants to feel needed to fill an emotional gap but we’re filling those needs with all kinds of substitute things now. The one thing that remains is babies and family and some are doing that from a lab. Roles, other than that, have shifted. The world has changed.

Even with religion. People love to look at christianity as God trying to ruin their fun. Alot of the things that are taught in the scriptures are for our benefit. Us screwing up our lives hurts God but doesn't effect him. He's still God at the end of the day. You are the one that has to live with your life decisions. For example people need to stop looking down their nose at celibacy. Yeah sex is lots of fun, but it comes with a lot of risk and baggage. And if you aren't ready to accept those things stop sleeping with everyone you meet. And if you are stop complaining.

Her youth is definitely showing on display here with her whole “misogyny “ references in regards to men having desires or perspectives. I’m surprised at the amount of men in the comment section complaining about Taty. She was open to having a conversation and she may have said controversial things, but she was nonetheless, feminine, collected and open minded. She listened and spoke without interrupting or coming off as hostile. I really feel like everyone’s nitpicking at her, but tbh I enjoyed listening to Taty and The Roommates.

This was a great episode. I bet most thought this was a podcast where The Roommates were going to school Taty because in the beginning(if you been listening to The Roommates since the year started) she was saying and claiming things that Chris and Hafeez have been arguing and almost preaching against. Which is fantastic. Because this was almost like a battle of ideologies. A healthy argument which I think is needed for growth in this field and topic. We’ve had women guest stars on the podcast in a educational/friendly manner but what I loved about Taty is she was firm about what she believed in despite the disagreements from The Roommates. She stood her ground when she was challenged and she would in turn challenge them back. Not saying she was dismissive, she was constantly understanding and respectful and talked about the flaws in her on points(as did Chris and Hafeez) and I think that is an important quality for a guest/host/influencer. She was absolute amazing to have on and I’m glad you guys were able to expose her to us. I want to continue singing praise but I’ll wrap it up here. Hope to have her back on later this year and I would defiantly recommend her to my sister or daughter along with Rebecca Lynn and Mary-Jo.

And I was forging myself to really fight for our relationship, but looking back I felt she made her decision before the day I said to her: "We need to talk. It's not feeling organic at all, lets talk seriously". And her response was aside from her subtle thing, it was me basically lacking the vision to push us directly to that while yet lol I was also trying to fix my own finance (covid etc) and get more connected to her family. Because majority of these videos people post on these platforms, talks about a male that’s 6ft tall and makes 6 figures. To majority of the population that’s a fairytale. Where are the relationship videos that talk about Love, someone treating you right, good Sex, doesn’t make 6 figures, but has a great paying job. “why settle” most people in their life will never find that “perfect person” that checks off every box on their list.

I think people have to remember that some of the videos if not most of the videos on this podcast are not topics people are opened to talking about everyday. A lot of these videos are more catered towards people wanting to be MORE highly desirable. That means there’s going to be a lot of honest conversations and things people are naturally uncomfortable talking about. That’s how you grow and this is something I wish people understood more.

I like the way she's willing to actually have this conversation. It speaks volumes for her age as I'm sure we can all say she's definitely mature for her age. Yet at the same time, the defensiveness of some her responses became so evident after the first 15 minutes that I felt to stop watching because tbh, she views certain things in a narrow minded ("that's just me") approach. This isn't about just only you but the collective of other males and females. Literally the whole reason this conversation is being had in the first place. Someone said it in the comments, give her 5 more years or so to actually see and experience the maturity differences and hopefully this conversation could be had again in the future.

I grew up in NY and we are bred to be gangsta and take no bullshit. I believe that may work with NY guys who grow up in the hood. Once you leave the hood and/or state, that’s where the problem lies. Being bred for your location to handle and deal with those type of guys and then moving up and not realizing the next level guy needs to be handled differently. It’s so interesting to self reflect and realize how my environment set me up for failure in one aspect but no regrets on what I’ve learned along the way to grow a better mindset. Also, when I was in my 20’s we dealt with the same issues minus IG models. There’s nothing new under the sun. What existed then still exists today and will exist in the next generation. Thanks to yall maybe one day the emotional intelligence of men and women will increase at younger ages. Well done!

Lack of respect opens the doors to cheating, disrespect, abuse (both physically and emotionally) and controlling behaviours. Lack of love means you can depart ways in a respectful manner and move on with your life and meet someone new.
