I believe that this is the first time I’ve seen/heard a doctor talking/coaching a mom through her delivery. He sounded so reassuring and patient. Reminded me of my OB/GYN. many years ago. Good job done by the entire ‘team’. Congrats on a beautiful birth.
@myfrontporchАй бұрын
Same! My OBGYN has seen me through from my first visit at 13, to endometriosis treatment, birth control, 6 pregnancies, 😢 4 births with a newborn picture and traditional 1st birthday visits with pictures to a cancer finding, and complete hysterectomy at 40. He and his staff, nurses became family to us. This OBGYN has mannerisms just like mine.

My mom gave birth to me without any meds, and my sister to. I gave her some trouble, because I didn't want to come out. Mothers are SUPERWOMEN for giving birth, and I have the utmost respect, awe, and admiration for you all. I hope that all of you had a wonderful Mother's Day. God bless all of you mothers!! I cried as soon as the baby was placed on the momma's chest. I wasn't able to have any children of my own, but I'd give anything to go through this once. As I said, God bless all mothers and future mothers. For the future mothers, may your labor and delivery goes quick and painless, so you can enjoy your baby sooner.

You will get through. I’m 62 and have had two and and they were tough. Do not be a hero and not ask for an epidural if you wish. After years working in the hospital and knowing options these days Better to not put your baby in distress and this can happen if mom is in distress.

Sorry, I just don't understand the need for pain when you can be present, alert, and totally relaxed when your baby is handed to you and not totally exhausted from all that pain. God bless the man who invented epidural!
@shrirangbondale22633 жыл бұрын
That feeling and expression on her face ,says everything
Man, I tried for this...ended up with 1 stillbirth at 33 weeks, emerg c/s after partial induction, VBAC with sudden b/p drop, & my 4th was emerg c/s after induced & failed VBAC. When I *got* to push I rocked it. Oh, and breastfed for 6+ years. We each have to take what we can from these experiences as it is unique and not a competition. I came out of 100+ hours of labour, spinal headache, shingles, 12+ Rhogam shots, pushing my biggest baby out sunny side up, kind of “you name it” with PTSD, in part from trauma but also from feeling like I had “failed”. That impacted all aspects of my life, for years. She rocked the pushing too-my congratulations and major kudos! My own proudest-c/s with no sedation, following my backup plan, with my midwife making sure I held my youngest FIRST. That and my VBAC were redemption from my unnecessary first c/s.

It's painful, like bad cramps. I've definitely experienced worse pain in my life lol. At 15/16 though, my advice is to get through early adulthood before having kids. Get your education, travel, start a career, buy a house. Being a parent is much easier when you're already established.

@shivikrishu2 жыл бұрын
@@olongkrito8957 if everything is fine in ur pregnancy,you should deliver normal. Keep walking till the time you can, take less pressure, eat good and sleep well. I delivered in 8 minutes, i was super active in my pregnancy and otherwise too i would do all major chores of house, walk my dogs etc. Just be active ☘️

@@aarzoothakur6659 Hello Aarzoo! You have a beautiful name 🌺.I am expecting my second baby by mid next year and again I am doing the same I walk a lot, walk my three dogs twice a day, I vaccum dust, and try to squat for everything that falls on floor :). I have been asked to drink plenty of water and lemon juice and coconut water. U just don't take much pressure on you, go as easy as you can and once when in hospital just relax and focus on your body guiding you. Your body hints a lot from having thigh pains - to feeling dizzy - gentle water break which is like warm water gushing out and then comes contractions which should be monitored as they rhythm a lot with time. My water broke at 6:30 am, I was 4cm already open , and the cm kept on increasing with every pain and by 6 cm I was rolled in to labour room as we could feel the head. It took me 8 mins to push and one has to push with inhale exhale and baby just flew out :) then comes the cleaning and stiching part ( we don't feel that as already body has gone through so much)... Lil yoga/ squatting is just ok to keep you active and walks. Any questions lemme know I will answer to my best as per my experience and I dint get any epidural injection it was so quick ☺️
