i absolutely loved this side of you bro, this was the right thing to do regardless of morals. glad to see you didint cave in and actually destroyed the stuff. people just dont understand it, they can come running back to this base in 5 mins or less and be geared to take on anything, it defeats the purpose of the game. now if thats how they want to play, then sure go ahead, but this isnt griefing its being the 'hero' of berezino in the fresh spawns eyes.

We were once raided by an American group that thought they were it. I spent 3.5 hours taking apart their base. I destroyed 3 cars, all their tents and took down not only gates but walls too. I left a note on a single surviving wall that said, "the north remembers" (we were north of them). They left the server.

I have hours of play that can be measured in two digits, less than 40!, and was always amazed at how geared the folks were that were taking us out, often still within sight of the coast! These guys can only be described as bullies. Puts you off playing. Thank you RunningManZ, you're a hero to us little guys.

I have no knowledge about the inner DayZ maps or mechanisms but if I understood right he just balanced it out which was needed because there were some guys (or clans) which spawn kill other guys and hunt the poor weak players even more down. He just sorted it out and was a bit like Robin Hood kind of... totally respected move there my guy.

Your content is the reason i reinstalled dayz after not playing for about a year. Made me miss all the randomness the game brings. Started my journey last night and already deep into it on a modded server.

This was great. I've been watching this other guy that goes through the effort of building bases and doing raids. It had occurred to me that I'd never seen the running manz raid anyone or even encounter a base for that matter. Inside of a week episode one had dropped. It's like the guy's reading my mind. That said, it was so satisfying to see you get into that base and breaking all their guns. Toxic players deserve that kind of ruthlessness. Every item in those boxes was gained by camping out and merking every player that passed through their sight.

I totally agree. Fully geared large group in fresh spawn town killing fresh spawns, huge base. They will recover. Anywhere more inland, Raid maybe yes, but take only what you will use and not despawn the rest. Happy holidays TRMZ!! Appreciate all the entertainment throughout the year

TRMZ comes strutting into Berizino with the goods. The only thing outdoing his superb base-raiding loadout is his massive balls swinging side to side. The locals of the town have mixed feelings, some are relieved that he is there to rid their little coastal town of the evildoers as they shout, "The British are coming!" Others are salty and although they are armed only with a Sporter, they try to sneak in and piggyback off of the man who run's success in this world. "Not on my very expensive watch", says Paul. "Good night Mr. Sporter man, this is my base raid and this is my fucking town now. Evil has been purged in this town, LOVE YOU, BYE!

As a returning player (haven’t played in around 10-11 months) in my 3rd server I got the same problem. As I don’t remember the area as it was a DLC which I have limited time on it. As soon as I spawned in I was greeted to a huge building with a fort on top of it and I’ll tell you what that could see the entire town and probably onwards. Casually looting the area to suddenly get killed by a full geared guy. He had an AK. Second spawn and I get close to the exact same town and ran back to my body as I did have a shotgun with ammo, only as I was returning there I got killed by a guy in the fort! At this point I knew they was fresh spawn camping! 3rd spawn again near the exact town and at this point I must be the most unluckiest to keep spawning in that area! So I just run to the fort and speak to them as I was curious to know how they defended there base. Surprisingly they responded and came out and K/O me to handcuff me and strip me down. So they actually was nice enough to show me and it has to be an impossible raid. They must’ve had over 20-30 doors not to mention the 5 gates they had at the front of there base! These doors led all the way to the top of there located fort. And holy hell they had a lot of gear and loot! They even told me they was apart of a 12 man clan in this server and they’re spread in 3 towns close to each area with 4 men guarding and killing just around those areas. They called themselves the unfair way to play, which kinda fits what they’re doing. They even advised me to leave the server as I’ll most likely not have fun due to a lot of fresh spawn bases covered by not only there clan but another! I even questioned them if it’s fair to what they’re doing and he said “if DayZ actually has an end game then unfortunately this is it because if you can advise me how after the base building, the raids, bunker, heli crashers and getting high tier loot, then what else is there to do besides killing players?” I thought interesting answer but personally I couldn’t play like that and let them kill me so I could leave the server and hopefully to never return as that ain’t one for the solo players!

Good stuff, man. That's the best thing someone could do to help that server.
