my real problem with the whole china thing is that like 60% of Chinese gamers are hackers, and judging by other continents they'll be able to join NA and EU servers as they please. I can guarantee that when this update is released the amount of hackers encountered will nearly double. (and of course there's still the whole "forcing everyone to conform to the laws of a tyrannical communist dictatorship" thing. I'm not happy about that as well. and I'll bet you Tom Clancy wouldn't be too happy about it either.)

One thing Badger, you're right about players not being judgemental to Chinese players because of their government, however something to be considered is that hacking in games is much more frequent and accepted in China. This can be evidenced by PUBG and how when China got the game the game also become flooded with hackers, and this unfortunately made the PUBG experience terrible and subsequently the player-base terrible as it gave birth to racism from certain players that became almost common. This is entirely PUBG's developer Bluehole's fault as this could've been avoided with better region matchmaking, and better reporting and anticheat mechanics from the launch.

PUBG has shown what happens when you open a game to China. I'm not a huge fan of R6S but if there's no ping or region restricted matchmaking, it is going to kill the game overnight. Unless all you do in a game is shout "China #1" over voice chat, in which case this is GREAT news for you. The line about welcoming anyone as long as they aren't toxic or a cheater was unintentionally hilarious, because it's literally guaranteed to bring in both of those types by the thousands, and even if somehow the vast majority of players this brings in are friendly (hahahaha), the few (hahahaha) encounters with cheaters and/or "horribly toxic" players is going to ruin the experience overall. Gotta get all that money somehow though, am I right ubisoft?

@@Ender0214 I was more talking about almost any of the (newer) DLC operators, save a very few (Buck, Maverick, Frost, Cav, etc.) Ubi also has a problem with mixing gadgets that have been phased out or obsolete for decades or centuries, along with their ultra-modern and high tech gadgets. Seeing a modded to hell crossbow, a sledgehammer, and a 1928 Soviet-era LMG in the same game as not-holograms, all seeing drone, nanomachines, and throwable sticky cameras is kind jarring.
