I’m in trucking school right now. Got my permit last week. Working nailing the PTI. Did straight line backing and offset backing. Hopefully, I should be on the pad tomorrow doing more backing and parallels. Gotta get my ten drives in next week! I love watching your videos, thank you for sharing all your knowledge.

Subscriber from Toronto Ontario Canada...great videos..I think freightliner probably going to contact you..maybe you be part of design team...curious if you company has any Mack's that mp8 engine is D13..well at least my 2014 Mack cxu has a silver engine with redhead top on it...also scrap the weights..on rims the glass beads are well worth it...just make sure when you air up tires no moisture in line ...I'm a mack guy a Peterbilt 379L guy and a freightliner cabover guy...keep up great work....trade those stocks in for hard core ..gold / silver and.....the other metal is a secret...

A little trick running your Big Road ELD app, If you don’t have it plugged into your ECM, your ELD runs off Bluetooth. So if you need to jump across the street for something and don’t want tour ELD kicking back on duty or driving, flip the Bluetooth off on your iPad and your ELD will basically freeze your time. You could drive El Paso to San Antonio with the Bluetooth off and your ELD wouldn’t switch to driving on you.

I once missed taking the Birmingham Bypass and drove through downtown Birmingham on the interstate. Only a few miles longer, but Holy Crap! Driving through downtown in rush hour traffic was ridic slow.

Good job Rusty and I like your attitude sir. I would have loved the long trips but instead with my short Schneider career all I got was short trips up north where big trucks were not supposed to be driving and not making any money. I got maybe three four long trips in six months and had it not been for my retired Army income I would have gone broke. I miss the interaction with the truckers I met along the way at the truck stops and sometimes in the Schneider junk yards. Take care and God bless.

Hey Double Coins are not a worst tires. I’d say they r one of the best Chinese rubber.Had mines on the trailer made 194K. Just keep an eye on it.Good luck

Came here to say this. Double coins are actually one of the best (Chinese) tires out there. 260k on my Drives. I would prefer American tires like Firestone or BFGoodrich but Double coins are really not bad

I took a chance and purchased double coin at love's about 10 years ago. They were at that time the cheapest new virgin's they had. Dont worry they are good tires. I never had one blow out and they last the same as premium tires. These days even those are kinda expensive.

Nothing burns me more than someone who doesn’t take care of a top of the line vehicle. It can be nicest ride out there, but when not taken care of or neglected, it really shows what type of person one is. Too bad you can’t win with the mirrors, hah! Hope you like the upgrades, even though the previous driver/drivers treated it like crap cosmetically. I love heated and cooled seats tho!!!! They’re the best upgrade you can get in a vehicle in my opinion.

We have a lot of money in California. The bag thing is to make sure that people bring there own reusable bags to clean up or prevent plastic bags from going into landfills. But other states have banned plastic bags as well including New York, Hawaii and a few other states.

It's not bad luck at all, freightliner doesn't make trucks like they used to how come trucks that are brand new brake so often that's a clear red flag. If you change that tire it will get ruined too the king pins must be worn in the front axle or it's got to be miss alignment, I been driving since 1997 when I turned 18 but this new trucks are a sad way to see how bad are built in poor quality.

Rusty I enjoyed the video brother. You should get your cb radio peaked and tuned. You should also add a linear to it. You would be loud and proud with that cb then. Wilson 5000 antennas are good also. Stay safe out there.

Hi Rusty. My guess is that the guy that had the truck before you probably ran it off the road and got suspended which is why he now works in the warehouse. They shouldn't have given you the truck with front end issues as it is not safe. Glad to see you got it fixed before something bad happened. Glad you don't use foul language either. Well I would not brag too early. Appear you was bragging on 555 too. Waste money if don't correctly fix the main root cause of the front end problem 1st. And put a correct alignment on front end of truck same time installing new front tires at a very good alignment shop. Freightshakers. I hate is on cold winter nights & wind are whistles through them. But I been in lot worst and a lot older trucks too. Sleep many night in day cabs paying extra fuel out my own pocket just to stay warm. Been there done that.

America is your office once again Rusty! Those new airlines you bought. If you are not familiar with them you need to keep the UV light off them if possible or they will go brittle and snap especially in cold weather. If you can sheath them in split conduit it will make them last longer. 🙏 You will get a VN again soon, those Fruit liners suck in comparison!

Double coin are actually not that bad of tires. They’ve proven them self over time for companies who run multiple trucks and want an ok off brand tire lol. Also they do make the new volvos and cascadias in Manila trans. Just depends who ordered them.. saw a Volvo 860 with a 13 speed and cummins the other day. Which I was surprised lol.

My oldest son is in the US Navy stationed in San Diego. Have been visit him twice and gotten the grocery bag charge. Now California has no plastic straws for the sea turtles to not be harmed. My other favorite thing about California is there firearm laws, I live in NC and have my Concealed Carry Permit, love to talk guns with Cali residents and watch their eyes light up when I tell them about NC laws. It looks like you need to have the alignment checked, from the looks of the wear on the tire you have some positive camber. I guess it was toed in which would cause the wear that the tire was showing.
