In today’s episode, we have Saloni Khanna in conversation with Raj Shamani.
She is an Educationist, Economist, UPSC Interviewer, and also the Founder of ‘Skill Up Foundation’.
In this episode, we talked about why UPSC exam candidates are the major chunk of unemployed people, what is the common factor among people who do well in life, how much to IAS officers earn, and why some amount of corruption is important for the growth of the country. We also talked about why Non-English speaking people are in the minority in civil services and the coaching mafia in UPSC exam preparation.
Towards the end, she shared 3 practical tips to win any debate, she shared her memories with Vikas Divyakirti sir, why people love him so much, and more. Further, she shared tips to introduce the right way in a UPSC interview and on a date. Bahut saare 'Criminal cases' bhi chal rahe hain Madam ke husband par TIS HAZARI DISTRICT COURTS, NEW DELHI mein like CRIMINAL CASE No. 5594/ 2021, FILING No. 9330/ 2021 etc. Corruption ki toh shayad Madam ne apne ghar mein ek badi si ‘dukaan’ khol rakhi hai!! Indeed, these KZfaqr their main purpose is to increase income how - increase the viewer time and using keywords which are searched lot. Broad perspective - We indian youth in the phase of understanding whether this info is correct or not basically we are in good development stage but its behind compare to other countries it will leads to impact on our socio, economic and political aspects simple words living standard overall efficiency of INDIAN growth. I visited her linked in account to understand is she really a UPSC the answer is no and what i learned that she is also continuously changed the organisation she looks to be money driven which is natural everyone doing the same.

IITians only a meagre fraction. Most go to private sector. Every year around 10000 IItians graduate but at max only 10-20 get selected in upsc. Lets not generalize. They are much more practical then upsc aspirants.

Also, Ms. Saloni Khanna has only completed her B.A. in Economics and subsequently M.A. from HansRaj College, Delhi University ( D.U. ) in around 2018 with around 55 % marks. Forget about UPSC CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION; Ms. Saloni Khanna has not been even able to complete her own P.H.D. till this date… Why and how she is now giving ‘tips’ to struggling UPSC aspirants/ candidates- how to clear UPSC Interview Stage is a ‘complete mystery’ in itself ???

Furthermore, Ms. Saloni Khanna over here is calling herself as a U.P.S.C./ I.A.S. INTERVIEWER but she is cleverly hiding the fact that she is only taking MOCK I.A.S. INTERVIEW CLASSES at a PRIVATE COACHING ACADEMY- DRISHTI IAS CLASSES, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi- 110005 since October, 2021. She has no ‘prior experience’ of appearing before a real UPSC INTERVIEW Board in her entire life, and has not been even able to clear UPSC PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION by herself. U.P.S.C. stands for UNION PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION for INDIA- it’s ‘INTERVIEW BOARD’ comprises of highly accomplished Civil Servants and Seasoned bureaucrats across the nation and not these Social media influencers like @thesalonikhanna.

She is not a UPSC qualified candidate. She could not even clear UPSC Prelim Examination in the past. Ms. Saloni Khanna just completed her B.A, and then, later M.A. in Economics from Hansraj College, Delhi University ( D.U. ) around 2016-18- information which she is clearly suppressing in this podcast.

<a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1658">27:38</a> Disadvantage for regional languag students One reason for this is Though we can write answers in schedule languages/regional Languages(only in mains) UPSC question paper (in both Prelims and Mains) is in Hindi and English Because of this it would be a great disadvantage for the students of other regional languages Students hardly get 7 minutes per question to write 150 words answer( including the time to read the question) So the students who write answer in kannada, telugu other regional languages takes time to read,translate & understand each questiob then articulate answer in regional language, this becomes long process

90K is not enough to run household with extra perks. are u joking?? India's top 3% population earn nearly 90K-1Lac monthly then how other 97% survive?

Her point is instead working so hard to crack upsc if they went into private sector and worked hard there they would would get atleast earned 2-3 times more. UPSC Being the hardest exam in India workload is similar to private sector what's the point if you don't earn according to your hard work that's why they end up being corrupt.

@@ozimandiasthegreat6301 true Employees of private sector get promoted also very easily unlike most govt sector jobs where you have to wait for 7-10 years for promotion Salary hike is also very high in private as compared to govt

Lets put some sense in terms of Earnings. First 90k is not less and second in reality No Graduate from his/her intial age earns 60k a month unless his/her from a 1% Top B schools or for Engineering IIT students & IIM. 90% start with far less. And in terms of Job Market if you see in Private "You're Replacable like a Straw". You can be replaced the moment you are not performing upto the mark. Also to reach 90k it takes minimum 5 years around. Now once your earn 90k you realise your actual savings after your expense on travelling, house bills, rent, maids (if needed) take a big chuck of that 90K. Now you're left even less then half of what you earned. Plus if your are hospitalised incase on any event, that expenses are Shattering. Well just see what your 90K or 1.5 lack per month salary can be enough? Handle this expense and still manage? But If I tell you U don't have to pay for your expenses then? Imagine the Salary and its Savings...

Thats where Bureaucracy comes into place. All the expenses I listed above are taken care by Government. So that 90K has alot of Savings and minimal expenses. And most important! That 90k just stays with you for about 3-4 years as you get promoted you enter into 1Lakh Plus Salary with all expenses taken care by Government. So now that Private Ventures start to crumble in terms of perks they provide and plus the Undeniable Status. A CEO is not as respected as an Revenue Guy, in society because of the Contacts he has are unparallel.
