Love to watch you cook and all your videos and you are my # 1 Go-To resource on the Ninja Foodie, but for Crab Rangoon -- I must say, there is NOTHING like deep fried rangoon and if you use the right oil and the right temp and drain them on a wire rack, they retain almost no oil. There are several oriental food places by me that make these, one place calls them money bags and makes them shaped like the purse and tie it off with the green part of scallions, the other calls them crab yummy and makes them shaped like bag without the tie off and the third calls them crab wonton and folds them like a wonton (triangle). They all have a different texture (the money bags are really thin and crispy on the top and soft where the filling is, crab yummy is thinish and wonton are thicker, they are both crispy throughout.
