In this video, Sri M is addressing the Navajeevan Trust members on his spiritual journey. He talks about his childhood in Kerala, first meeting with Babaji and how he met Babaji again, at the age of 19. He gives the essence of Babaji’s teachings, quoting the 12th chapter of the Bhagavad Gita - Bhakti Yoga. He also quotes the story of M - Mahendranath Gupta and Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. He concludes the talk by explaining the qualities of an ideal Bhakta and how to lead a spiritual life devoid of any paraphernalia.
