Wjat i like about them is the guy being super open to do everything his wife wanted lol i also checked their earlier videos, even with few views to no engagement, the guy was really loving and a very willing participant to her channel. Like he didnt mind if it would get views or not, he just wanyed to support her to her youtube dream. And im glad it's now working out bec he was there to participate and support even if there's super low views in the beginning even before they really left US. It's the only video when they posted they're moving that really got high engagement! Im also amazed. They look genuine. They look like a real dupportive couple to one another. Plus their baby and dog are super cute!

To the expats who like the stress free and laid back lifestyle that the Philippines has to offer, you have to remember that it comes at a price. Don't expect things to be rushed. You want a laid back lifestyle but at the same time you want the people to rush things. Well, they don't go together. So don't complain if things are not done in a rush. Being stress free is associated with not rushing things. If you want a laid back lifestyle, then don't complain of the laid back attitude of the people. You are not the only one who wants a stress free life. Unfortunately, the workers also want a stress free life. 😅

agree...i noticed that most foreigners complain about how things, especially employees here. They're quite slow. we filipinos in general don't really complain about it because we're used to it and we don't want to rush them. They're tired from standing all day long, wearing heels. on top of that, it's hot here in the Ph and if they move fast, it will be hotter. filipinos working abroad are only moving fast because the weather outside Ph is cold..

I am amazed at their courage being young moving to the Philippines 🇵🇭 . When I was stationed at Clark Air Base, Philippines 🇵🇭 in 1991. I never felt worried about being Black in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Just like the previous video, with the gentleman saying what he felt about being Black in the Philippines 🇵🇭. The reality is I am happy about having a retirement. Just coming close within (36) months of retirement and return to the Philippines 🇵🇭.. Especially now being age (61), widower and children are grown and have children too. Manila area and CEBU are my options for retirement in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Thank you for this video. GOD SPEED.

Going out for Diner here for 2 cost from 60 to over 100 dollars easy , and rent for 1 bedroom ? 1500. 2000 and up we paying almost 6 bucks per gallon on gas up to 8 in some places , I definitely looking forward to moving there in a few months . American Dream is dead on my opinion . Never thought I’d leave LA but this place is ruined by dumb Politicuans

In government hospitals, it is free if you have Philhealth. If you don't, maybe around 10k pesos for normal delivery and 20kplus for CS. In private hospitals it would range from P20k pesos up to 100k for normal delivery, it depends on the hospital and the doctor.

These two young people haven't been in a supermarket yet, food is just as expensive here as it is in the states. They're not going to do it on 500 a month. And buy diapers and formulas. I live in Dumaguete and veggies in the farm stands are so expensive. Green peppers are 100p each. Potatoes are very expensive. And sorry to say the quality isn't there. Tomatoes are horrible. Sorry to sound negative. Woops, rent is very cheap here on Negros Oriental. 👍 Best of luck to them

@@user-zl9vi8oc5d the moment they see you're a foreigner, they will charge you more. Just ask the expats here, they rarely buy in the markets (or anywhere if the prices are not fixed). They would normally send their filipina wives or ask a local errand boy to buy their fruits/veggies. AND YES, SKIN COLOR MATTERS HERE BECAUSE WHITE SKIN = DOLLARS. Even as a local, I can bring down the cost just by dressing in comfy clothes and slippers. If I go using a nice attire and jewelries, I usually get charged more, and they would just say that the prices had gone up. LOL.
