Hi Tom. This is one of (if not, The Best) video on the Channel!!! 😊 Very well done, much better than all the little and short reels that are being released recently, that will surely gain more views, but do not give credit to the knowledge you have. Moreover, this calmer and longer kind of video, also gives the same feeling of the Masterclass Course, much different of the "Tom" of the reels, that can mislead the viewer to think that That will be the tone of the course . Think about it 😉 Many thanks for the fantastic course you've created!

Very interesting. Thanks. I’m not sure though how should I answer the question when deciding to buy a property in Berlin market to live it to save my rent money as installments to bank. I am not making somebody else poorer but I’m also not generating circulatory value.

Buying real estate to live in isn't exactly investing, but it does have some of the benefits of investing as you're buying an asset which can generally be expected to increase in value over time (hopefully at least covering inflation). It can be a smart thing to do, especially for people who plan to live in the same place and/or build a family there long term.

I agree. Shortterm activities like day-trading, volume-trading etc don’t make sense to me either. It takes a lot of time even if one (believes that s/he) knows how and what to do this. Long-term investing requires some patience and a stable income to sustain oneself 😅 by the way, I came across one of your free webinar links and registered. Afterwards, I received an email sayin that my email is already in your system so I have to fill in another form using a link in the email. I wasn’t sure if it is a reliable source and I’m 100% sure I haven’t registered or participated one of your webinars beforehand. How can one attend those webinars?
