Negative self talk is so debilitating. After a decade of trauma from my sons death, rape, divorce and bankruptcy I spoke so negatively. It wasn't until I switched the script inside my mind that I was able to pull myself from the victim to victorious. Words are everything. They are the beginning of all creation. Thank you Marisa.

. Incredible....I thought I had a traumatic past finding my husband dead in our home whilst I was pregnant with our son . 24 years ago and I've struggled terribly. But, I know am learning that maybe the negative surrounded me through feeling unloved even childhood the rejection I felt form almost everyone I've been close to ( one way or another) . I'm learning to be grateful for all I have and realising how very lucky I am . I have a nice home, car, income and most of all a son who I'm immensely proud of everyday. I am lucky . Maybe love will find me after 24 years . You are amazing... Inspired by your turnaround. X

Michelle Ellsworth I am really struggling with poor self talk. I'm so happy to hear you flipped that switch. You truly deserve to be so kind to yourself! Life has been unkind to me too. Why is it we carry the negativity of events? I'm so inspired by your healing and feeling a little more hopeful.

a bit at a time that never ends makes it harder. it should pass but its always recycling. And its here something stronger is needed. The I'm as light as a feather gets old if you don't have something stronger.

I still repeat in my mind the harsh , hateful , critical words my mother always said to me . This is very hard to change but I'm always trying . The psychological damage has been life long - just the way she wanted . Thanks for speaking to this subject as many of us have come by this damaging self talk by way of childhood experience .

😢 that’s awful. I’m doing this awesome trauma therapy called brainspotting. Dr. David Grand discovered it, look it up if you’d like. It helps you process trauma out of your primal brain and your body so you can get free. I really like it. Hope you find healing and freedom.

@@MarisaPeer Hi Marisa, thanks for you're videos. Would you describe the subconscious as the default setting of the brain and and that it is superior to the conscious mind and will power? Have you heard of German New Medicine GNM or aka sacred medicine? A German Doctor has correlated illnesses in the brain through using scans with illnesses in the body, and he can tell where the illness will be in the body by the disruption on the brain scan. You can find videos on you tube and their site is learninggnm.com I heard you refer to the pandemic , and suggested that we look at the governments actions as protecting us rather than taking away out rights. Well there's a lot of people think the government are acting criminally and there are various court proceedings in place at the moment, an interim injunction hearing next Thursday at the high court queens bench and a judicial review on the the 28th at the high court and someone is applying to lay a private criminal prosecution against the MPs, his barristers have prepared the claim and the MPs have not objected because they have no grounds to object. I know and so do many others that there is no pandemic and the government are very worried about being prosecuted.
