These vegetables may lower the risk but there still is a risk. Chemicals I’ve came into contact with over twenty years ago might be responsible like paint thinners that may have contain dimethyl chloride which has been banned for use in paints by the EU.

Garlic every day? It's always advisable to use herbs for 7 days and 14 days off. Over eating garlic has dangerous side effects. Once your body has become a healthy alkaline state, you do not need to continue continuously

My husband started eating raw garlic everyday. He started smelling like garlic. I could smell him coming in the room. He finally quit eating so much although he still enjoys it. I love garlic but I can’t eat it raw like he was. He finally quit cause of the garlic smell coming out of his body. I could smell him coming down the hall. He was a train engineer and I can’t imagine what it was like in the engine for the conductor having to smell garlic. I love garlic even don’t mind the smell of a garlic clove but when it’s coming out your pores not good.

You might enjoy growing your own powerhouse broccoli sprouts on your own kitchen then! They’re many times more potent with sulforaphane than broccoli. A person can order a big bag of organic broccoli seeds to sprout online, from ama___, for $16. That’s quickly cheaper than broccoli heads. The only real issue is that if a person doesn’t rinse them with water everyday, as they’re growing; they can get stinky. Worth it!

Why do people who eat healthy, get cancer then with no genetic cause? Our environment and no government will ever admit what they do to us. My son had Alplastic Anemia ( he was only making a few white cells) when he was 2yo. This is not normal to see in children. They had only seen it in 10 kids.. now it's so common it's crazy scary. It was so uncommon he was in a clinical trial and it's a treatment they use to this day ( Cyclosporin and an infusion of Azt), umong other drugs now available. Tell me again how eating spinach is going to lesson your cancer risks.. I have cancer and they cannot find my primary.

So sorry about what you and son are going through. I know a woman who was the healthiest of her peers who now has cancer. She ate the foods he listed and more, rarely ate out, never had much of a taste for processed foods, exercised, no medications at all. I have since met more people who got cancer while "eating healthy". It is not as simple as these videos make it.

There are many factors that affect whether or not a person gets cancer. Some are genetic, some are environmental, some are other life style choices (alcohol consumption on any level they are now discovering increases a person's risk of cancer, even 1 glass of wine), medications, synthetic tampons, skin care products, synthetic clothing, and so on. But there is no denying that so many Americans are obese because they eat processed foods and little to no produce. For them, cooking at home and getting more produce in their bodies will reduce their risk of cancer and other diseases. Both things can be true.

I believe eating a variety of colors of vegetables each week provides a good healthy balance, especially along with less processed foods, low grain carbs, and low or no sugar, plus a nice walk for exercise.

It depends on the person. I have never had kidney stones in my life, and I eat spinach on the regular. My sister-in-law, on the other hand, gets them regularly, so kale is better choice for her. I am also suspicious of "sugar free" additives, which she consumes a lot. Her brother who is my husband and I never consumes artificial sweeteners and we have never had kidney stones. There is so much that goes into our individual health and so many variables. it's never a 1 size fits all thing.

I'm not a doctor but have been researching for years about health issues and herbs and my belief is with the holistic doctors that we need to worm ourselves like our pets, and keep our ph neutral to guard against fungus ravaging our bodies and parasites sucking the life force out of us. If you have a large mass, for instance, the lying bad Dr's call it cancer, where the others say it's a worm nest . Use different methods to kill certain species... Research and take proper doses and protocol and use activated charcoal or bentonite clay to absorb the toxins the parasites excrete when they die off etc. Or you will suffer sickness , also go slow so as to not kill so much at at time please, this can also make you very sick, I've been detoxing for years now with no problems, I'm 67

Make sure you soak your vegetables and fruit in water along with vinegar, to remove the pesticides , or use baking soda to clean them.
