@emmasalerno....you are 100% correct here. I was with a devil for nearly 2 years and he threw me under the bus for one of his female friends. Up until this day, I know they got together (undercover). I couldn't believe how he put me down and she joined in with him. She had known me longer than him. I blocked both of them out of my life.

We encounter two types of people in life: people who are secure and enjoy being alone close their relationship and spend some time healing before entering another one. There are people out there though who are insecure, cannot be alone and have to have other people lined up before closing their relationships. They are low integrity and low value who enjoy validation from other people. They lie and lead people on for their own personal gain. These type of people will enjoy the relationship until their needs are met but will always be interested in other people. Watch out for them. They have specific behavioral patterns they follow. Past cheating also an indicator for future behavior

I’ve heard men say, I have no time to cheat. If a man to me says he has no “time “ to cheat. It means when he does have time (especially during the pandemic, when everyone had time) they will wonder off and find other sources of validation or attention. Maybe because this personally happened to me is why I’m stating this. Or maybe what I said is true. When a man says I have no “desire” to cheat. Then that sends a different signal my way. Because his desire is to stay with you.

Much cheating happens due to poor boundaries and putting oneself in inappropriate positions. Men and women that are married should not be hanging around members of the opposite sex without their spouses or in appropriate situations like get togethers with others, public settings, etc. They should NEVER be in your home or hotel room without your spouse present.

I don’t agree at all. If I have to supervise my spouse in ALL settings or supervise my spouse at all...around the opposite sex we shouldn’t be married. we have no trust and no relationship without trust will thrive. We can’t be around our partners 100% of the time anyway and the opposite sex is in every corner of the world when you’re not in your own home. Your partner is an adult, they should learn to think of you first before acting in appropriately and most importantly learn to say no. Not you having to watch them and cling to them. They are your partner not your child.

It was lack of discipline and being unfulfilled for my soon to be ex-husband. It was the one time but he decided to go down the path of being a womanizer instead of focusing on reconciliation and working on his personal issues. I'd never go back and my eyes are wide open for my future partner.

Mannn..all this is accurate. I spent many years with a man who needed constant attention from young women especially those in service industries or no offense, but lower paying jobs. One woman sent me the messages he was sending her. Playing games hiding the phone. This man was so insecure and hair trigger sensitive, I felt like I walked on eggshells and couldn’t address ANYTHING w/o him lighting off. He had no purpose, bitched and moaned for years about his dead end job, was unable to control the booze and faked this nice guy act to others but was abusive at home. I quietly started grinding. I started working out like crazy, finished a graduate degree, worked hard in my career to achieve a promotion [which really pissed him off!], got sober, stayed sober and then LEFT! He is not even in my dating pool now. He begged and pleaded but nope, the thought now of being with him makes me physically sick.

For a second there I almost thought you were talking about my current ex! Wow these man child POSs really do have an MO similar to one another.Mine works the service industry, constantly complaining about his work, his life, he’s an alcoholic (he says he wants to quit but that lasts an hour and I understand the struggles of addiction he struggles with being truthful ) no self motivation, no self respect, no drive, no accountability, no self preservation and no passion. I really tried hard to make him feel valued, loved, desired. Tried to elevate him, cheer him on, showed love and understanding and patience But this wasn’t a me issue, that’s one of the hardest parts of being cheated on is knowing and understanding that it has everything to do with them and nothing to do with you. Those toxic traits he carried bled into our situation and my gut was blaring and I pegged it almost to a T. He really thought he was a smooth operator just getting away with being unscrupulous and deceitful….so I’ve been working on my journey (my daughters call it my villian era lol) similar to you. Working on my self. About to be a first time grandma, working hard and got a promotion and a raise, moved into a beautiful 4 bdrm 3bth house ALONE. Taking care of me and my mental all while he played his games and when I was ready I pulled the trigger and called him out and left. Left him, left his a$$ on read, left his jaw on the floor while watching the best woman he’s ever had walk away. And let him know I’ve burned it all to the ground; metaphorically speaking. I’m an amazing woman who deserves an amazing man. Not some little boy trying to play house with girl A, B, and C. It hurt, but only for a minute. Now back to living my best life solo, I’ll find someone who won’t treat me like an option one day, but not today.

Never date a momma's boy. I dealt with the INSANITY for almost 3 years. He allowed his mom to disrespect me & I said no, its not acceptable, fix it! He didn't. The mom & I had a fight (she tried to hit me bc I told her she was overbearing & disrespectful. He never stood up to her), he ran to her & made me walk around the block. I didn't wait for him to cheat, I had to leave. He had 0 boundaries & was in denial that he had an inappropriate mother/son relationship. Therapy didn't help either. Sexy Pics she sent to his phone & he kept, he slept in his mom's bed at 36 years old, omg, I couldn't believe it! Don't do it. You will NEVER win. Mom comes 1st, no matter how much he denies it. Trash. 🙄

if your partner refuses to acknowledge your needs it does make it right for you to cheat. I personally believe you treat others how you want to be treated. There needs to be some deep discussions on what happened and why. Even if it is painful or uncomfortable you need to address the problem. If it cannot be resolved and you’ve done all you could then I say the relationship is over.

I'm sorry but there's no excuse for cheating at all. I know things can lead to it but, it's pretty sick to me that men and women who cheat, allow themselves to do it. To be intimate with someone and THEN you "feel bad." You could have just stopped or...not let it get that far to begin with. What's so hard about leaving someone first? Watching this video kinda hurts. Maybe it hits to close to home, maybe I’m still hurt. It’s like what’s the point? As much as we all crave intimacy and partnership and love, is this what we have to look forward to? A bunch of cheaters for all different types of reasons? Maybe finding the one person that is right for you but there’s no guarantee of that cuz that “right guy” with no intention to cheat could also cheat. It just makes you wanna stay single..

The part about the woman friend really hit home. I do think most men are not protective enough to keep healthy boundaries in this department. They leave themselves open to seeds of sabotage planted discreetly by the female " friend" who lays in waiting like a vulture. It's so sad when a man can't understand that there is a huge difference in men and women, we are ruled by our emotions and as such the female " friend" is unable to stop from her hope that his attention and time might mean more. .. She knows exactly what she is doing and does it well enough to fly under his radar whilst at the same time knowing that his partner will feel like her own feelings are taking a back seat. It's a recipe for failure, which is her very own secret one. It's so sad but so true. Mostly, these types are narcissistic and self-serving ( obviously). Usually, they are " spiritual " with an absence of fearing God. This makes it easier and guilt free to do what they do. They most likely just want to " win" at all costs when really , there was no competition in the first place. If they succeeded... they'll lose interest and move on to the next victims. What was true love that should have been ever lasting is left in a wake of ruins. Men, if you are lucky enough to find true love, don't leave your door unlocked , don't give another woman the spare key.. she'll sneak inside like a thief in the night whilst you are asleep and leave your house empty ❤.

Excellent video, one of the best on the topic of cheating. Agree, with your key points. A man who lacks purpose and discipline has not set expectations for his own life, not to mention a relationship. A lack of purpose means a lack of direction. If they have the mindset that all men cheat that is an ingrained belief system , not likely to change. A lack of boundaries ties in with lack of discipline as there are no standards that govern what is not acceptable. Agree, that a great deal of cheating stems from the need to be validated, and rooted in low-self-esteem. Sexually and emotionally neglected relationships is like having a flower you forgot to water, and provide sunlight, the essentials were neglected. Think of relationships as a plant, with the proper soil, water, sunlight, and nurturing it can flourish and bloom. Great analogy with mother/child. Be blessed always.

Number 7 is a huge deal breaker for me. If you dont have my mental on lock, then you will not get the intimacy right. I need an emotional connection! I have left relationships because my emotional needs were not being met and I would expect for a man to do the same. If I'm married I am not going to wait days to feel your touch, even if you are mad at me I dont care. WE are going to put our big kid pants and work it out. Great tips! I feel like we as women intuitively know these things but we second guess ourselves so it's great to hear it from a man's perspective. I experienced almost all of these with my ex. He used to guard his phone with his life and he always said transparency was relative 🤦🏾♀️. He used to like pictures and be looking real thirsty all over social media. I know some good men in my town. Men that appear to have good relationships with their spouses (at least the spouse thinks so), great father’s, well liked in the community, etc. I also know for a fact they have cheated. My narc says it’s entertainment for him to add & dm attractive women on social media. he claims it’s innocent & the flirts give him validation… it absolutely guts me and I feel so betrayed…he says my support and validation isn’t the same. I’ve expressed my hurt over the years and he swears he will stop it but never does.. I feel like that “entertainment “ is worth ultimately losing our marriage over… I’m always paranoid and always feel like second fiddle now, my heart hurts. we’ve tried therapy; he says I need to compromise, half the time he is very loving and affectionate, helpful, supportive and that that should be enough for me. I feel stupid but I just can’t shake the upset about it & that it will escalate over time. I know a divorce would result in absolute hell and drama so I’ve been trying to avoid it for the meantime.. I’d like to emotionally detach as it’s financially impossible. Am I crazy?! Should I be ok with it?

I totally agree! ❤️ When there is genuine love we feel responsible for each other and have to hold each other accountable in a loving way, too! If there is connection, mutual interest and a common purpose..., there is actually no space for voids whatsoever or at least this status of having a connection shall ideally obtain a certain awareness that makes you prevent you and your partner from harm and leads back to harmony.

According to him he just didn't like his picture shown bc he was feeling older and didn't like his picture. I was suspect and I was right. He was cheating.

Sorry that analogy doesn't fit. Food is a necessity. You will die literally without food. Sex you will not die from a lack there of. And if a man or woman isn't doing his or her part to deserve the sex why should they be given it? Saying well you were not fulfilling this duty or aspect means that I can get it somewhere else is just a fiscious cycle. A woman doesnt give him emotional support so he cheats he cheats so she stops doing the house duties she stops the house duties he stops the financial support so on and so on. You have to take responsibility for your own actions. No you can't help the way your SO makes you feel but you can control how you react to your feelings. When you aren't gettng the emotional support or sex or whatever it is that you feel you are lacking, love yourself enough to keep yourself righteous. If you love yourself you don't need the validation from anyone else including your SO. Know your own self worth. This whole idea of it isn't always easy to leave before you cheat is a bunch of BS. You love them so much that you don't want to leave them but yet you can dip it into someone else. And there is no getting caught up in the moment. As soon as I feel like u r gonna make a mistake you back down. It is.not a.moment of passion there is a lot of touching kissing undressing before the actual event all that time if your not feeling bad about what you are doing and.not thinking about your SO you don't love him or her. There is never a moment where you can say a cheater loves his or her SO and can still cheat no way sorry

I am not a cheater. My integrity and moral code ain’t set up like most I see. If I have to even THINK about cheating, then it’s time for our relationship to end. Your advice is SUCH a fresh breath of air. Wow! Your focus on personal accountability is on point--for all parties, and I have been getting so much from your signs that he is "into you" or "not into you." I really also like how you give us checkpoints. For example, if he has/you have baggage from previous relationships, then is he/are you ready to be in a relationship? Mm-hmm! Being a person who has been hurt lots in the past, I quit relationships for a while. Now that I have the prospect of the real deal, I keep checking myself. I also keep checking him to be sure he is not the type that will harm me (we all get hurt, but some hurts are necessary; "harm" is the thing we need to be avoiding).

I was neglectful in my relationship during this pandemic. We didn't live together and him and his kids weren't social distancing. Created a situation where it was difficult to be comfortable with that, but he recently told me he wanted a break from the relationship. I'm assuming he started talking to someone else else wants to see how that can turn out without completely pulling the trigger on breaking up, but I'm no dummy. We're broken up. There were other issues. Communication, lack of accountability etc. All he really cared about was sex anyway and I needed more to be able to risk my life to have sex because I'm a high risk person for covid. In any case, the whole thing is unfortunate.

I have been married 35 years and you hit so much the red flags have always been there but from my own brokenness I have stayed 2 years ago woman after woman have come to me . I moved into my own room but I have felt I could not make on my own because now I have adopted my grand kids . You somehow make me feel strong .I divorced in my heart along time ago I just need to not look so ahead that it brings fear. I need to change that thinking. Let me say because I can't read him I could tell you what is in his head I know there have been even more my gut has always told me true

Omg! This is real talk! First time that I have heard a man speak the truth when it comes to a man setting boundaries with females, and also how when a man doesn't have purpose due to something in his life that that he is not happy with he will then flirt to make himself feel good! All men need to listen to this video because you are soo on point, and most men have a problem hearing it from a woman!

You lost me at #7. Neglect is a natural response once a person has been disrespected and disregarded by their man- for whatever reason. Using a child and food as an example is not a rational choice for this situation. Lack of attention and sex is not a sign of a happy relationship. Personal accountability is working on what is causing the distance, and some men might find it worthwhile to figure out how to do so rather than slipping into some random female once they feel any lack of affection😂 nothing gets a woman more sexually aroused than a man who listens and cares. Sex is based on respect and connection, if you’re not feeling that, then your p ain’t feeling it either. I usually love your content, but this is a gross excuse🤮

Interesting! I will agree that we women need to be accountable for our part at times in the demise of our relationship, however we should live a life where we don’t do to others things we don’t want done to ourselves. It is better to end the relationship and move on if you are dying of hunger in my opinion. Thanks as always for the insight 😊

They cheat bc they do NOT Love themselves and God. I had an acquaintance tell me he doesn't want a religious women. These men prefer worldly pleasures not Godly ones. I know a serial boundary cheater. He goes close to the line but doesn't pass it then weighs and selects his options then dumps the gf and all these woman without even an explanation. These men do Not care about the woman's needs and emotions.
