@@jonahblaine the thing is no one can control that. If someone decides to cheat that's they're decision and apex can't hold an R-301 to their head and say stop. What Apex can control is banning them. It's not Apex's fault these guys exist

@@jonahblaine sadly the other person is right.. i fume at them but I also know how serious it is and how complex it is to keep up with them. Anti cheat is entirely reactionary you're 1-3 steps behind cheaters especially the ones who make bank off selling cheats. More and more companies are starting to try to sue cheaters and companies to deter them but legally speaking there's not a lot you can actually do and theres nuances and so on but it's not really a possibility..

This week was the first time in over 4 months that I was able to play a couple of legit matches, even got a win or two .but cheating has gotten way out of hand. For every 1 legit match you play, there's 9 with cheaters. Alot using walls, and some sort of aimbots

ya... run in to lots of cheaters too... and sometimes you have to spectate when it feels too weird, you go down too fast... you look, and no headshots and when you spectate... you figure out the guy has a soft aimbot... they are really sad. i mean how much of a looser can you be when you need to cheat? it's insane

The funny thing is that the longer you cheat, the more often you get put in Pred Lobbies. The MMR goes "these two don't miss, that's an equally skilled match" and puts you together. If you want ass lobbies, no-fill and hot drop, grab a gun and run up to an enemy and shoot the floor as much as you can until they kill you. Do it a few times and you'll be where you wanna be 😂

I literally cant play one game of Mixtape without their being a hacker. I get killed way too fast so i check death recap and not a single body shot shows up. Just all headshots. Even when i get killed in the air or while theyre in the air. Theyre plagueing mixtape

Well as far as i am aware this was/is a driver issue for AMD GPUs, where you could get baned for using the anti lag tool(was also triggered in Counter Strike 2 causing a VAC ban for many people)

i dont think people realize that cheating on console isnt that difficult its been an issue since console existed.. hard cheats are less common due to the closed nature of the systems but soft cheats are extremely easy to work in via third party products and those products work on all systems including the current gen. It's a sad reality of the world we live in with gaming booming massively as a very profitable market so does cheating hard and soft cheats alike
