Part of me is kinda curious what would have happened if the "theater of Yelp reviewers" trick was used on the first visit to Amy's Baking Company. (Also am curious what changes Ramsay would have made to ABC if the owners weren't batshit insane, but that's beside the point)

That's a good question, he was really impressed with how clean ABC was. I bet he would have done a new POS system, and made the kitchen larger to bake on site. That place probably would have done really well too if the owners weren't nuts.

@@Lindrios I don't think ABC is really always clean and organized. As we've seen with other episodes, nobody else ever managed to clean up in time even if it is just a facade to show Gordon. I think she just set it up for the show. Wanted to masquerade faultlessness. Apparently even the cakes in the display were brought in specially instead of being her own work.

One piece of advice I got about working in a creative field is you have to be able to both give and receive constructive, good faith criticism or you're never going to succeed. And if that doesn't sound possible for you then it's legitimately okay to pursue your passion as a hobby. It doesn't make it less meaningful.
