Great Things About Black Clover: -Good Ops -Great Character Development, almost every character has a back story -Good Writing, the Creators dont break the World's rules just to keep the plot going (No Bad Plot Convenience). They Forshadow stuff even if its gonna happen more than 100 eps later

@Rexx even that´s still highly different. A shonon protagonist not wanting to give up isn`t just restricted to those two, and Asta screams way more than Naruto. The only similarities are the usual shonon tropes

Its more alike than you think. 1) Obnoxious but good hearted protagonist wants to be Hokage/Wizard King 2) Protagonist rival is also bestfriend, also both MC and rival are orphans 3)rival is talented while protagonist starts off as sorta pathetic 4)protagonist has a rare power 5)protagonist has a nonchalant leader/teacher type character 6)protagonist is looked down at by everyone untill he proves himself. I could keep going but you get the point

all the battle shonen are similar. If you say that black clover is a copy of naruto, probably is because you have seen just 3-4 battle shonen. After having watched 30-40 battle shonen (but probably even less) you would agree that the only things that change are: 1)powers 2)world building 3)character development the plot is always the same.

Believe me yuno is totally different from sasuke !! He's a kinder character !! And he doesn't mess up everything !! Asta and yuno's rivalry is better than naruto and sasuke's !! At first l thought it was like naruto but when l paid more attention to it , l should say it's different ! Maybe at first you say it's not so good or it's like naruto but it really get better !! Make sure to warch it !! Edit : l love sasuke and naruto's relationship better but l like asta and yuno's rivalry better !! Relationship and rivalry are different , also that was my opinion , everyone can have their own opinion !

Hmm, this is definitely opinionated, but my thoughts are that naruto's and sasuke's rivalry is better than asta's and yuno's. Naruto and sasuke has a lot of emotion and story to them that it cannot be compared to another rivalry.

Nah its not the same cause yuno really cares about asta not once does yuno ever want to hurt asta or wants him to do bad at all there low key brother raised as orphan together they love each other. yuno only smiles when he see asta its not the same it way better too. in Naruto once sasuke leaves thats pretty much the end of the relationship building.

@@stevensteven1526 Right, when sasuke leaves the Hidden Leaf village, their relationship comes to a halt, but throughout Naruto Shippuden they form a different kind of relationship through their rivalry. Sasuke managed to be changed by Naruto, and in Boruto, the 7th hokage (naruto) and his (1 of 2) right hand man is sasuke and they continue to build their relationship even then. (if you don't know, naruto's other right hand man in boruto is Shikamaru).

I think the core difference between Naruti and Sasuie and Asta and Yuno, besides the fact that A&Y were raised together, is that Sasuke's goals are entierly disconnected from Naruto's. Sasuke wants to avenge his family, Naruto wants to be Hokage. Beyond comparing power, they were pretty much set on different paths. Asta and Yuno both have the same goal.

Wait... Sasuke did respect Naruto. Sure he didn't like him at first (I wouldn't like the kid who kissed me randomly and then ambushed and tied me up), but when Naruto proves himself capable, Sasuke always acknowledged him.

black clover is a brilliant anime. The amount of details that is placed in the story and the characters is amazing. All of the villians so far had good reason to be villians and the development of the good guys is explained better then in most animes. If a person has a hidden power or gets a new power that thing has been forshadowed maybe even 100 episodes before. Nothing shown or said is unnessesary and all comes to play in the story later on.

Just makes you appreciate how many character and unique characters there are in black clover. How characters and plot developed and changes, you can’t really just sit and take one character as a static character. Every character has there internal struggles and black story. Even the villains are given a great backstory that’s really makes you empathize with all characters and connect on a deeper level with the anime as a whole.

none of the openings are bad but i find some a bit annoying like 2,4,6,7, and 9 i don't really know why? i guess its because i tend to hear those a lot and hearing it once is fine but hearing it over and over in the show is annoying. Because i don't find them GREAT GREAT like "oh man i would listen to this all the time" but alone they aren't terrible

@@_l_e No where near. First off, Naruto has a spirit him, the nine-tailed fox. Second, instead of a village it's a legit kingdom, which matters much more in the grand scheme of things. Naruto wants to prove himself to the people who have ever doubted him while Asta wants to prove that he is capable of being the Wizard King.

Amier Izzat the part about them wanting to be hokage and wizard king aren’t even that similar when you look at the reasons they want to be it. Asta wants to be wizard king to help people and prove that it didn’t matter who you were, anyone can become wizard king. Meanwhile naruto wanted to become hokage because everyone treated him like crap and he just wanted everyone to respect him nothing else also not to mention the fact that naruto had chakra and could use the shadow clones while asta had no magic just his bare strength. I just don’t see how people compare the two

yes! it was honestly so refreshing to have the rivalry so different from most. Asta and Yuno’s rivalry didn’t impact their overall relationship. They still looked out and respected each other, despite one having magic and one who doesn’t. Asta and Yuno didn’t bring each other down, but rather rooted the other to work harder. Heck, even Asta was the reason that Yuno likely wanted to also become the wizard king. love these two characters way too much :)

So I finally started watching Black Clover 2 weeks ago and ending up binging the entire series. Like it took me awhile to get use to Asta’s yelling ☠️😂 but I binged 54 episodes in 2 days so im on 112. But went back to episode 80 cause OP 8 is one of my faves 🥺 but then I love all the OPs but top faves are 1,3,4,5,6,8,9, 10. I forgot what else 😅 I still haven’t heard 11 and the newer OPs yet since took a break from black clover binge.
