I always seem to go back to pop sockets, but I am really liking the ESR for MagSafe Ring Holder (HaloLock), mostly because it's one of the few grips that works in both landscape and portrait mode. I recently tried the OhSnap Luxe4 and returned it because it was way too flimsy and didn't offer portrait mode viewing. The other issue with the Ohsnap luxe 4 is that it has to really be stuck to the case (using the adhesive) otherwise MagSafe accessories will pull it off. This is not good if you are like me and like to switch out cases regularly.

It DOES have portrait mode you just didn't flip the kickstand over on the opposite side you would use for landscape.

@@pvfeB7AxI actually did but it doesn’t work for the pro max phone models. Phones are too heavy.

I also have the ESR Ring Holder as well. I agree that having the portrait and landscape positioning is something important for me as well. But I don't see why you can't combine them both. My intention for wanting to buy the OhSnap is more of a "auxiliary" holder. I use magsafe power banks frequently so when I don't want to carry the ESR Ring Holder, I can still charge my phone with the power bank and still have a holder.
