Brian- I started using a Osprey hip pack last year and found the same problem with the hose. I solved it by using a small carabiner on the pack, a regular key ring around the hose and and a retractable badge lanyard. It works awesome! Also, As I say on every comment for your videos- By far my favorite YT channel; new videos from you make my day. Keep up the stoke my man!

Brian, you should consider a long term stay in the Phoenix AZ Area. There are so many Epic rides for content. - South Mountain - Mormon > National Loop from the 48th street trailhead. - Hawes - Power road N of the Loop 202, Saguaro trail up, Mine down. - South Mountain Busera trail > National across to 48th street. - Usery Trail system - McDowell Trail system - San Tan Regional - Dynamite trail to Gold Mine Downhill. All these systems are within a 1 hour radius, you would have a blast!

Once after riding up the Dead Ringer and after ringing the cowbell, I rode on More Cowbells and after completing the loop, I turned to go back down through the cliffy narrow section of Dead Ringer. I had to come to a screeching halt when I rode into a group of five riders coming up. “Your going the wrong way on a one-way!” The lead rider said. I just kept going after after I let them pass. Afterwards, I asked a friend of mine who is on the trail committee. He laughed, “Ya! you were going down the wrong way.” It’s peculiar though that I have ridden the Dead Ringer several times since, but I have failed to see any signage indicating that going down was reckless riding. “Please, tell the trail committee that they need signage!

Great to see you and SST out together as its been ages since he has been solo.. Yeah some Intermediate trails are a good challenge. A young girl at work rides once in a while and told me she wanted to get out more often so i mentioned a MTB park in her town that i have been a few times, its a challenging Intermediate trail and the 1st. thing she said was i dont think i am ready for that yet so she was familiar with it. A positive is its only 20 mins from my job so i can bring my bike to work and head there after, the trail isn't a joke though and one of the more difficult intermediate trails especially for my 65 year old body but the 10-52 XO is a noticeable improvement.

Any of the local bike shops down there will have plenty of trail beta for you. Hit up Red Rock Cyclery or Bicycles Unlimited in St. George proper. It went together easily in less than an hour. kzfaq.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L Make sure the front fork is forward or the pedals will hit the front tire. Tires are both a little soft so it needs air before I ride it. The rear wheel didn't come with a clamp regular bolts hold it on. The front had the clamp. No scratches out of box. Rims are a little off with a slight wobble. They could have spent more time with the spoke tool fixing the run out. So far out of the box I'm happy with it. I did replace the pedals with a nice aftermarket set. After riding it a bit my A$$ is a bit sore so I ordered another seat. Overall I'm nearly 60 and didn't ride a bike in 30 years. I like my new 29" Schwinn. It will be used for casual rides with my friend.
