I've been to the observation deck of the empire state building, but probably the most interesting was the Willis tower in Chicago. It has these glass cube shaped decks that you walk out and look down and you are above a street and it's really cool.

I live in Abu Dhabi and regularly visit Dubai and the burj khalifa viewing deck is sooo overprice it's 500aed(150$) per person. I recommend going to the Armani restaurant instead as you have a great view and food.

I have been to Taipei 101, Shanghai International Finance Center, and Lotte Tower. Lotte Tower was insane because at the top floor, you can try walk on the glass.

I went to One World Trade Center last year and I'm planning to go this year too when I got to the observation deck you can see ALL of New York it was beautiful!
