Honestly same. Had tears welling up in my eyes all morning at work. Luckily I work alone and wear a mask so no one could really tell what was going on. I'm slowly starting to feel better as the day progresses. It's quite alright to feel down sometimes, hope you feel better soon. 🙂

The astronaut bit is actually true. Thise electroshock devices are used in therapy, for people whocan barely move because they have been bedridden for months - or astronauts whose muscles have completely wasted away in zero gravity. They stimulate your muscles to help you regain strength when you're literally too weak to move on your own. They do not give you a sixpack.

How building muscle works, is you literally shred your muscle fibers so your body will grow more of them back on top of repairing the old ones. Little shocks will not destroy enough muscle fibers to see serious improvement
