Vinnie. Turmeric with black pepper capsules. And tart cherry capsules help with arthritis pain. They reduce inflammation and they are all matural herbs and fruit.

Thank you Vinnie for your closing prayer. I haven't watched very many of the album video's because I have no need or desire to make them. However........watching this video I'm inspired, and the dies for pockets and the zipper....oh my gosh my creative juices are overflowing on how to use them for cards. I'm a senior citizen and have wondered how I could make cards etc. to pass down to grandkids when I'm no longer around, or I'm in the circumstance of not being able to make cards for them in the future. Watching today, and seeing that easy album...I'm thinking what a nice way to do their future cards for them to see on their future birthdays and life events. And for them to have a way to save them until the appropriate times, like graduation or marriage etc. Now I just need the funds to fun it all! I like the idea of your free club/community. Thank God! Because I was wishing for something like that.

I have a big shot plus, and I make multiple cuts with many dies at one time, usually 2-3 layers of paper. If my die gets a little dull, I wrap a piece of cardstock with tinfoil and send it thru. I make tons of multi part cards and paper flowers.

Those dies are a God send. Years ago, I made waterfalls and the pockets with mitered corners (what a pain) in classes with Kathy Orta King. I'm so glad you now carry the dies!

The zipper die works great on a card for males, with it cut out of plaid. I made a tiny pocket to go on it too.

Vinny, if an orthopedic surgeon suggests surgery, don’t put it off. Hip relacement is relatively easy. I put mine off for over three years - having the surgery was almost miraculous. . No pain anymore, just some muscle soreness. I hadn’t even realized that my other hip hurt until the first one was fixed. So, I scheduled the second hip three months after the first one I was back to work within three weeks after the first surgery but only because it was my right leg and they wouldn’t let me drive before that. The left leg only took two weeks. 🙂

Watching the replay and those dies are a must have!!! Vinnie I pray you feel better soon. My hubby has arthritis in his shoulder and there’s many times he’s in a great deal of pain too. It’s very hard to see him in that much pain and I saw the pain in your face and in your voice, I’ll be keeping you in my prayers:) Maymay thank you for making this class free I’m really excited to see what you are going to share with us:)tfs and God bless:)

I had both shoulders and both knees replaced because of arthritis. Best things I’ve done. I could not handle the pain any longer. Hope your hubby gets relief soon. And Vinny… I hope you get relief however you find it. I am well acquainted with pain and feel for you.

Just so happy with those new dies, I attempted a mini album with the Graphic 45 Let’s be cozy paper at the online Craftacropolus almost 2 yrs ago, it had a waterfall but it all was too complex for me. With all these new ready made folios and dies from today, I will be making and completing my first mini album. Thank you for finding these dies.

A suggestion for the zip die. Make it a pocket and bride can put in photos of dress, shoes, perfume, invite, menu etc. A lovely memory but not taking up real estate in the actual album. I know you love pockets.
