I wish there were more false flags for real residents, like some of the guys having a larger mustache or a new scar but when you ask them about it, they give you a real answer like "I ve been growing my mustache out" or "I had an accident at work" something so a wrong apperance isnt always a 100% guilty verdict

Also, the reason why milkman is always tired is probably because their job requires them to get up at like 4 am and start going around delivering milk at like 5 am. The first no folder playthrough was definitely bugged, probably because of the quitting, then starting again, like you said. The only requirement is to not look at the floor folders, so you definitely should have gotten it then

so, the reason you didnt get it the first time must be a glitch with the reset. i just got it myself, while activley using the entrance list, paperwork, and checklist. The only difference is i used the Wiki to check phone numbers to call for those not on this list, and i got the steel memory acheivment (and and S rank, so thats cool) Also, a fun thought about those who have different facial hair or whatever, have you considered that since the DDD is in place, and theres all this security issue regarding doppels, that you wouldnt be allowed to change your appearance without asking the governing body for permission, and needing to change all your documentation to match your new look? People in this world probably need to work to keep their appearance the same, and have scheduled haircuts and stuff and specific times to ensure you look mostly the same. Hopefully we will hear more about this when the story mode is available!

Honestly Chess boxing is probably really hard. Chess needs so much focus, even casual conversation makes me play noticeably worse than full focus, so having the insane adrenaline rush of boxing in between tests your ability to switch between fighting mode and focus mode. It's neither peak boxing nor peak chess, it's a battle of how quickly you can change your mindset back and forth.

First no file run was bugged, it happens if you exit a run that you started. It doesnt register the restart properly which is why it didnt count. YOu can use the entry and checklist and check forms

I'm pretty sure that when you quit and started again it just didn't end the round, so instead of starting fresh, it was all part of the same round. I've seen someone else do that.

So for the folder achievement, it seems to bug out if you go back to menu or quit the game. You have to run through it entirely once to get it to pop. If it stops letting you click on certain things, change the game from fullscreen to any other resolution then switch it back, this will fix it.
