These Dumpsters Were Overflowing!

It was another beautiful spring day and we had a great time dumpster diving at apartments around town. The dumpsters were overflowing! People are really moving out and getting rid of things for spring cleaning - I'm glad we were able to rescue it but more so I wish people wouldn't throw usable items and food away! I hope the dumpsters have been providing where you are - much love and happy diving!

Hi y'all!! I can't believe this but I just saw a comment pointing out that our grabber was on the FENCE at the last dumpster!! We were looking for it and totally missed it sitting right there! We will go back and see if it's there (aagin!) lol! Thank you, Sharon, for commenting about it. We had a good laugh about that. Happy diving and see y'all next time!

Bones is beautiful, love how talkative he is. You should get him used to being brushed while he is still a kitten. I used to recycle my persian cats hair, some for the birds and some for my friend who does felting.

I think the wax melt thing is a candle warmer- you set a glass candle in it and it warms it and releases the scent. The downey is fabric softener. Good Haul! Bones is a sweetyboy! What a great personality and he loves you guys ❤️

Super smart to bring the tub with you! Probably way too big o’ job but was thinking that you could pull all old carpet off of cat tower and put new on?? Wood is sooo expensive right now. With how creative your hubby is, would be fun to see him grab some of that wood and do some upcycling projects that you could do on another channel. With all of your spare time! Lol! 😂 If picture frames are nice/expensive enough you could always grab them and get new glass at the 99 Cents store in one of their frames

Next time you get a grabber, get one with a hook, as well as a grabber. The hook works in a lot of situations. Bones is so cute. We have a Ginger cat that walked up to the door one day, and said " I choose you for my family". We have had him 1 year and 10 months and he's perfect. Love you all.🥰🥰🥰

Thank you for what you do. Not only are you videos fun to watch your message about perfectly usable items not going into the landfill is paramount. Wash the cat bed with disinfectant and rince wish a cup of white vinegar in the washer and rince again. This will remove all the sent of the other cat.

So the round bingo ball looking thing is something you put hay into for guinea pigs or rabbits. We fill ours multiple times a day because if we don't they use the hay as a potty lol. We put ours in a tray on the end of the litter box and they will sit there and munch away and poop their little hearts out. Great thing but they need to be bigger lol. Great video I love watching you guys dive. You have such a great laugh too. Keep up the super hero work saving the landfills and helping folks while you do it. The house is a pet house for rats guinea pigs and things like that. But using it for Bones I can't wait to see how cute it's going to be. The pool floats if you can wash them may make great sleeping pillows lol. Could even stuff a pillow case over them, and make a cat bed with them. Nice score 👍👍 love y'all ❤️.

Your kitty cat is adorable!!! It's nice to see that people are adopting black cats. A suggestion...when the window is open for the cat, use one of those screens that get bigger/smaller from left to right as a second barrier. If the book is knocked, the window will fall, possibly hurting the cat as well as the window might break. Having the second screen, the cat will still be able to see out and get fresh air, as well as holding the window up. Enjoy Bones!!!!

That rabbit bedding!! I use that for our ducklings and I have 3 nests with ducklings right now who would love it. Such a shame their corporate policy or management doesn’t let them donate it.

I picked up a box of clothes and shoes from my apartment dumpster the other day. The person had folded everything so neatly and placed in a box next to dumpster! What I didn’t want ( turned out to be almost all of it) I brought to my favorite charity thrift shop, Hospice! 😊

You both did really well. And it's only gonna get better with the Dumpsters being so full up. I have a step stool just like that one at home, and I use mine for everything it's great, there as tuff as old boots with being made out of metal, they won't break. 🥰🇬🇧🐾

For the rusted step stool, use 0000 dry stainless steel pads, rub continuously, which will remove rust. Wipe, dry and spray paint. Get food pads at hardware stores.

Table tops can be repurposed for other tables or homemade projects like counters or home made coffee tables or tables. Could be a good sale item or project. I always take marble topped ones, and I even table up old sewing machines with them for outside plants. Just a few ideas. Love y'all ❤️. Wish you were closer I got lots of good spots around me to dive.
