The pricing is ok. The only problem I have with ghana is they always want cash buyers. How many people have got that lottery money. Even in the West where wages and standard of living is much higher than Africa, we buy on better interest mortgages. Unless you’ve won the lottery or have got some cash that you made some funny way, how do you come up with £412000 pounds in 18 months? 😂
