I was going to say that the little girl is just matching the camera's panning on the edge of the right side. She is fast enough to still be seen but if you don't watch that side of the screen it looks like she disappears behind the chair. When in reality she passes the last chair before the camera pans to it. It is likely a home buyer's child checking out the new home. Anyway, thanks for the first one to notice it.

i used to have that same thing happen to my bed, felt as though something sitting or laying down in it, i found an article explaining that older mattresses springs would react to temperature change which made them contract like that. my bed was also close to the air conditioner so made it much more worse lol

I actually had an experience once where it felt like someone sat down on my bed beside me. Whoever it was stroked my hair and said, "I'm here," too - was clear as anything. It happened shortly after my aunt passed, and as spooky as it was, I must say, it wasn't frightening at all. I just thanked whoever it was for stopping by, and that was it.

@TrishPayne73 Amazing, isn't it. My mum saw the apparition of an old lady upstairs in their bedroom once. I'm quite glad I've only heard them and not seen them 😌 My partner and I had a spooky encounter last year in Yorkshire, too. We sent a video message back to a friend and caught a little girl saying "yeah" in the video. That was mad. It was very late and the hotel was adults only, so there were no children on site. Was definitely in the room with us.

About the watermelon - fresh flowers and/or freshly cut fruit is an old trick for real estate agents filming a house for sale. The point is that they're selling the fantasy of a fresh, desirable lifestyle. For open house events tricks like the smell of freshly baked bread, removing proof of pets, removing/replacing pictures of the current owners, renting designer art or furniture, etc.... Some interior designers specifically stage houses for sale for a living. It's all about you fantasising about your own picture perfect life there; that's what sells a property and it's proven to be highly effective.

Disagree. I’ve been involved in real estate for over 20 years (Silicon Valley), worked with dozens of stagers. An empty home? You don’t just leave clutter everywhere if you’re worth your salt, much less cut a watermelon in half and just leave it. If you’re leaving food out for either office tour or open house, you offer things that can be eaten whole and carried off. Baking bread or cookies? Yes. But this home is clearly occupied. Did the family leave for the day? Possibly, but Occam’s razor says that’s a kid.

But I do have friends in the real estate business as well as in interior design and around here everything I stated applies. In fact they all have a standard list of rules and recommendations posted on their websites based on proven factors in purchasing decisions. I've also seen it carried out every time I've sold my house over the years (four times). I can only speak from personal knowledge and around here freshly cut watermelon really wouldn't be out of place in a shoot like that.

shit ive been fighting cancer for 2 years i have my 2nd surgery on july 26th. had my face cut open and neck cut open last surgery. now the cancer came back 8 months ago been fighting with doctors and insurance they keep switching me around. finally saw a surgeon Thursday and he fast tracked my surgery to then. i just want to watch my 4 year old daughter grow. fucking disability denied me so i havent had money this whole time. lost my house had to leave me ex cause she just wasnt there emotionally for me helped her raise her 3 kids that werent mine and got treated like shit. now im back at my moms at 43 which my birthday is the 19th of this month. so ill be 44 back at my moms lost everything and im dying lol this life is crazy. good luck to your buddy hope everything works out for him and he is healthy. some one send me a dollar i could use some lol. tell someone you love them today cause you never know if youll be able to again.

no...air mattresses are for the prevention of bed sores and don't collapse in one area. Normal ( overnight stay) air mattresses don't do that either, in fact, they often need a lot of help to deflate. We had this happen on one of our beds as children, it's terrifying.

7:55 happened to me. My grandpa had passed away, and we had his wheelchair with the memory foam cushion. I entered the room, and when I entered, the foam cushion rose like someone exited the wheelchair. The door was closed, and there was no one in that room.

REBUNK BEN, the Mexican realtor in the first video could have been recording that video while the family stepped out cause they usually do that when the realtor is selling a house they take video and pictures and tell the family to go shopping or get out of the house for a bit so they can get material to post online and what not

The McDonald's house bed video can be easily duplicated with a bed sheet and an oscillating fan. The air getting trapped and then escaping while the fan turns makes it look like the bed being "sat on".

The bed could be a sleep number bed. The air pump that inflates/deflates, is very quiet, and could account for the bed's sinking and raising. I used to have one.
