3:26 That on there is typically the sort of sticker that Asian figure manufacturers will place on licensed figures. They're mainly there to show that the figure is a legitimate copy and isn't some variety of bootleg. You'll generally also see it on Japanese scale figures, action figures, nendoroids and that type of thing. It's sort of an industry standard practise by this point.

I got my own SpongeBob SquarePants folder that my mom found at Dig&Save. This is a store that's like a St. Vincents store, but it is bigger. the store has toys, pillows, electronics, clothing, pots, pans, DVDs and more. My parents take me there lots of times once a week. So random thought wasn't there an episode of Spongebob when him and Patrick were in a biker gang, and Patrick pretty much had that same exact if not close to that outfit with the red bandana?, And watching this video it would be cool to switch their heads and bodies in different moods for an example how Squidward had a sad face with his paint outfit but try switching a happy face he has with his paint outfit? And all of the crew in their paint outfits reminds me of the episode when they were swearing so they had to paint Momma Krabs' house lol
