I told you guys about the hexagon lights and in today's video, we'll be assembling them and mounting them up in the ceiling. We'll also be hanging a few things and getting it ready to move in!!!

We hardwired the 2 lines on a switch that also lights up the reception area

@@Seancutshair you only wired the 2 wires? Because I am literally doing it right now. The wire is hooked up to a switch but I did not hook this wire in… it was spliced off of 3 can style LED 6in units in the waiting area.

I think I got really lucky.. going to put my hex lights in and there was a frame up higher hidden in the ceiling from the original drop ceiling. So 12 g hanging wire through the current drop ceiling will hold a hex system for 4 barbers

Littrally my favorite style of lights but DDE has some and there’s break alot because there is so many connections that can fail good luck 👍🏻

This space is really coming together! SO much light. I'm a big natural light person, but when it's not an option, this is a great secondary, something I would do in a shop as well! I could sit and watch barbershop build out videos like this all day. haha

Tried to get there in a drop ceiling, it was not fun… do this beam trick… cuz people will say yea it will work but it won’t stay straight. Even if you have the scaffold and the 3d laser beam. The trim will keep it in line and save you from a long nightmare of having to realize that the instructions don’t match reality.

Just got the sc apex and it came with a 0, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 guards. Will the 0 guard essentially work the same as the 0.5 guard?
