The absolute ignorance and disrespect is just astounding! When is it okay to touch another human without permission? More guards need to be this proactive, and not let such things slide, as it then makes it harder for all the other guards. I feel bad for the horses being used as props for the tourists. They shouldn’t be out there for everyone to touch. Apparently the signs don’t discourage them.
