I also need to dust off my cookie press. Mine is nearly as old as I am as it was my Mom's, a Mirro aluminum one; but I don't think the cookies will be in it long enough to harm my brain 😊 Thank You dear Brilliant Lady!! I have a pan question: for crispy cookies would you suggest i use a non stick pan, a silicone mat or parchment paper,, also does the colour of the pan make a difference? I have a black pan that came with my toaster oven but would that be too dark?

Erythritol tastes disgusting and ruins any baked goods it's used in because it re-crystallizes once cool. What else ya got?

She said allulose & xylitol will leave them too soft, not crispy enough. That's why she said to use erythritol.

@@vickisciuk4340 thx, I was wondering if I missed something. I did figure as much tho because I learned the hard way when making carmel sauce with erythritol. I then found a better recipe that called for allulose which of course made the carmel sauce perfect using allulose and not leaving that nasty sugar alcohol after taste. I guess I'm passing on this recipe. I'd rather eat the ones my Oma made with the real sugar cane sugar 😋. While I'm at it might as well make Vanillekipferl (German Vanilla Crescent Cookies
