the windscreen isnt horrible, but it gives widdle wadder vibes like the 4runner ladder lol. if i get this machine ill prob just do the carbon fibber cover swap not the ws. Overall very clean! nice machine

What's the dimensions of your phone and the size of space between the tank and the bottom of your iphone ? Please, do you think it's ok for a Samsung S21 Ultra : 165,1 mm of Height and 75,6 mm of width ? And Do you have the anti vibration plate on your motorbike ? Did you disassemble the tank for install the USB cable for go up to the rear saddle ? many thanks to you

Hi, this bar end mirrors from BMW dealer, i didn’t think they are available elsewhere! You can all any bmw dealer to order them

hi thx for the excellent review. wanting to know what fuel consumption/range your getting (similar riding style to me) and what seat comfort is like? Also heard the OEM bar-end mirrors shake at 40mph? I ride about 180miles oneway (mostly rural hwy) to work and looking at stats

Thank you 🙏 I wasn’t going to make a video on fuel consumption because these bikes is a fuel hungry bike lol even on break in period I was getting 35mpg on my riding style, always ringing the bike and lower gears 😂. It’s May very by rider! I got sick after I got it 1st service and still recovering, and now I have full exhaust with Bren tune so I’m assuming even poor fuel mileage 😆 And the vibration is true, it’s impossible to make anything in the mirror between 5k up rpm! Even the normal mirrors are same. 180 miles commute daily? No way. This bike more track focus vs commuter. Look into xr1000r , test ride both back to back and see. Thank you

@@SoloMCRider thx for info. I'm thinking the straight through exhaust system would improve fuel. Same with tune which could be tweaked towards fuel efficiency - I think. The commute is to work Mond rtn home on Frid so its 360miles a week. I'd be interested if you can update with fuel stats before & after tune in higher gears and not cutting loose like a maniac 😁

For the quad lock mount, are you using the quadlock vibration dampener? If not do you think it would fit in there?

I have the vibration damper but not using it . It will definitely fit but will sit about an inch higher that’s why i didn’t install it to make it look the way it looks now.

Hi, the mirrors hole block off? I got them from Amazon. Just search mirrors block off for s1000 it will come up ! Thank you

They are not and won’t recommend them , Vibration is pretty bad on the handlebar so I took them off

For the Quad lock did you get the 12V USB smart adaptor?

No I didn’t, my bike has USB port so I didn’t need to get the 12V usb

I have it but didn’t install it, it was going to kill the clean look I have now! On the stem mount with wireless charging head I’m getting lots of vibration compared to handlebar, on the handlebar I would definitely install vibration damper!
