Because the most important mods for realistic gameplay are missing. This is just a video done with no real research time invested in it. It has no real value for me. I give it a like for the overall effort, but will not subscribe.

I use the Realistic Milking Times mod and i love it! Feels so nice being able to see how much milk your herd produces per milking cycle

There is only one barn that would require this in the game that I know of. The actual beauty of having a robotic milker is that the cows can go get milked when they need or want to.

Weird because I found it on modhub, search for REA22 Wheels. Its in the Gameplay category and the author is "900Hasse".

Are you on console? Either that, or delete it from epic and get it from Steam, since i got it from steam and it worked.
