These are people who ate the same foods every day. In 2015, Andrew Harwryluk ate Chipotle every day for nearly six months. And still maintained his washboard abs. In 2018, a Wisconsin man said that he'd eaten 30,000 Big Macs from McDonald’s. In July of 2022, Sam Reid from Lexington, Virginia, was on a mission to eat nothing but Taco Bell for 30 days straight. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more

I'm autistic and I go through phases where I'll just repeatedly have same thing. I once went through a phase that every morning I had porridge with golden syrup. For dinner I would have chicken stroganoff with rice. That went on for nearly a year. At my last apartment, there was a bakery beneath it and I always got a bacon sandwich and a coffee every morning when It opened. I would wake up everyday naturally at 6am, go downstairs and get breakfast. Then every lunchtime I would make homemade soup and just keep going back to it throughout the day for more.

When I did my first fitness round where I was really into training, there was a chipotle across the street and my trainer and I would grab a protein bowl at least 4x a week. My employer eats the EXACT same lunch every. single. day. He eats a turkey and cheese sandwich, chips/pretzels, yogurt, and trail mix. The only change in the 6 years I’ve witnessed his eating habits is he stopped drinking soda and now drinks a Gatorade. I’ve had tomato soup every lunch & dinner for the last 4 years. I hope I stop. But I stopped craving other stuff. I let my daughter pick what I would make her for dinner on her birthday she chose Tomato basil bisque. It was the first time I had eaten tomato soup & turns out I love it! But I do want to eat more things.

I ate subway almost everyday for like a year now. 3-5x a week. There's literally 2 subways both a block away from me but one is north and the other is south. Takes me less then a minute to ride my scooter to either one of those subways so it became a habit.

Then for dessert, I have sugar free yogurt, with fake honey, an add fruit, jam, or nothing. - A hot go to is poached egg, sausage, chili paste, an lay it on fresh spinach, with ranch dressing, an hot water. It is sooo yummy. Had that for 1month 1/2

I eat a combination of the same things through the course of a week for the most part. Healthier stuff and I only cook at home. Life got better after Taco Bell for me. I lived on it in my teens and 20’s and my body was a cesspool then. I won’t say someone can’t maintain a healthy exterior on fast food if the caloric intake vs activity ratio is right but it’s still processed junk. What we can’t see here is what the fast foodie’s organs look like. Everything on an ingredient label matters. Period.

You can eat whatever you want, just maybe not as much of it (at a time/day) you want. As long as your active. I eat junk food everyday but maintain a nice 169 pounds (5'10) because I work a physically demanding job. I'm 29 now. But during my late teen/early 20s years I was around 250. That's because I didn't work a physical job and I still ate bad. I've never been on a diet and never stopped eating what I love, it's all about being active.
