As an Aroma player, I'm happy with how MBT ran the deck, despite not being able to pull some of the important cards.

Some weeks you can see the loss coming, but I really believed Doug had it this week.

Hey dzeef I was watching MBT's stream for roulette a bit ago and you seemed a bit frustrated about receiving bad comments and a bad expirience with chat, I just wanted to chime in to say that I've really appreciated all the content you've put up since covid started and I've really loved your positivity. It sucks people are so tunnel visioned on backseating so hard and have to be this toxic, you're a great player (the night beam tech at that ycs was insane) but most of all you're a great part of this community. Love ya doug, hope this too shall pass

Damn, Joseph really has the heart of the cards on speed dial. That Plant Deck was spotty, to say the least, and while he did his best, his hands lacked some momentum. And yet, he managed to pull off some really sick turnarounds! It's funny, too, since Doug seemingly had the upper hand for the most part, but ran out of resources too soon.

MBT Next week when he pulls 3 of each Zoodiac but didn't somehow also pull Zeus as well: God these pulls were horrible.

I love that they spun the Aroma pack in this episode and that Joseph won with it. I play Aroma in Master Duel and I will say it’s a little slow to get going, but once it starts rolling, as Doug found out, it’s really hard to stop.

MBT really out here being a yugioh protagonist with how he pulls these wins seemingly from the jaws of defeat and despair

Is it bad that I never realized that the person who won the previous week got to choose first? I always thought it was the guest who chose first since MBT just kept choosing every week 😂

Unfortunate for Doug that fallen sanctuary and more counter traps weren’t in the pack, those probably would have helped. Also a lack of Ariadne makes it a lot less safe which is too bad.

This series should be called "MBT and Dzeef spin a wheel and then Dzeef loses a best of 3 match of yugioh

Every episode, Joseph always goes "this pack is ass, I'll take it" and then Doug is like "sweet I'm sure I will finally win" and then it cuts to Joseph saying "I LIED actually in this pack there is REMOVAL at COMMON HAHAHAHA" and then he qins

After playing so much against cimo, mbt has started gaining some of cimo’s protagonist powers.

Dzeff after pulling 1/4 of the cards he needs: "I have a really good feeling about this episode". MBT after pulling multiple copies of the entire deck and 12 other decks: "I don't know about this episode".

This was the episode I was waiting for: Rikkas! Even though he didn't have Teardrop, Strenna, or regular Rosemary (that was really bizarre that he didn't even get one), he conquered! Well done, MBT. You did Rikka and Aroma proud.

Man, I can't remember the last time MBT hasn't gotten shafted by short printed commons in this format. But that hardly matters when you keep getting a bunch of useful high rarity cards I suppose.

Dzeeff remember that most people still enjoy this series also probably should address at the start of the next vid that this is a series for fun and that the comment section should take it as a fun casual experience

Dzeef’s mistake is that he keeps wishing MBT good luck before the pack opening Like 100% wish him good luck before the game, that’s being a good sport but you should still give yourself a chance to win the games

In game 1, I felt unkomfortable. It looked like Doug would break the space-time-continuum and grab a W this week. But things turned back to normal 🙃 Btw. 'Damn I lost another week!' should become the new catch phrase of this series. Just like Team Rocket blasting off each episode 🤣

Aroma is a truly insane low rarity archetype, but it's only held down by being mixed with the Rikka archetype which it lacks synergy with.

I'm gonna say i begun watching dzeef when he did a video with mbt and farfa at the launch of masterduel and it was really interesting then i begin watching master saga and roulette and damn really fun content

Just wanted to comment Doug these master duel series are my absolute favorite yugioh series on KZfaq and have always entertained and kept me wanting to play yugioh

it feels like commons are a lot harder to pull than rares funnily enough

This series is one of my favourite things to watch on KZfaq theese days

i really love plants based decks, because they can snowball pretty hard if you dont stop them, Doug just dint know that part until now

I cannot begin to express my joy in MBT making the read that Aromage was the deck to build, nor my sorrow in seeing not a single copy of Garden or Rosemary

The problem with pulling commons is that the 8th card of the first nine packs is guaranteed rare, and the chance of getting the common is only somewhere like 40-60% so that’s only about 12-13 commons from the actual secret pack. Pair that with just how many different cards are at common and they can become harder to pull than SRs.

I just want MBT to go into the ghostrick deck if it comes up

I love aromages. pretty hard to do anything with the deck on MD though, sadly. I played it for a good while and managed to get a few fun wins vs swordsoul back when that was the omnipresent deck, but realistically it just isn't strong enough to compete. it gets completely shit on by mass backrow removal, which everyone is playing anyway, and its combos are far too unreliable and easily interrupted. glad to see it finding more success here, even with many of its important pieces missing.

I cant wait for MBT to end up deciding on a respin, and ending up spinning the Ghostrick pack

Maybe adding a new rule where you can dismantle 1 UR card pulled to craft 1 Normal card and 2 UR to craft 1 Rare card. It would help with deck consistency and Off-pack UR's become less frustrating

Commenters don’t understand playing Yugioh for fun.

You guys have to craft a UR/SR to unlock the Secret Packs, right? Why not make it so you get to choose and keep the craft? It adds more potentially funny situations where you craft a card and then pull a full set of it anyway, it feels like you need that to make some decks more playable.
