Found these Skecher Go Walk shoes at Costco for $29.99, about half what I paid for my last pair. I can't think of a better casual shoe at this price for walking all day at conventions, theme parks, or travel.

Yes I discovered go walk 4 a while back. Love the black ones. Ideal for amount of walking I do at work.

Yes I have worn the go walkers for years now since my working days (Registered Nurse) and would not wear anything else now unless I had to wear formal leather shoes.

I just bought these 'Skechers Men's Expended-Seveno Moccasins' which have a combination of GoGa Mat Arch and Relaxed Fit Air Cooled Memory Foam. But these are for light walking after a spinal injury and I'm hoping to use them as slippers if they're comfy enough. They do seem to have the best of both luckily for me.

They now have GOWalk 5, and the 3’s are still the best. I don’t know what it is about the 3’s but they are the best and I’m referring to the Women’s but obviously the mens & womens are similar when comparing the numbers.

I like Goga Max. These shoes are wonderful and on top they have elastic for grip. Normally I wear 7 UK size but 8 UK size fits me very well. I bought in India INR5000 K on amazon sale. It is very light, flexible, cushion and comfortable for daily office use. I have another light weight running shoes for daily running. I am a big fan of sketcher shoes.

First i bought a goga mat go walk 3 and found that i am walking on rocks. And had made my foot worse. I returned them and bought relaxed fit memory foam equaliser 3.0 shoes. They are little bit expensive than these rocks. But worth it. I feel like iam walking in air. Thanks

On certain surfaces, depending on the way you walk, your gait, it may make you want to fall down. If thats the case, these aren't going to be the ones for you. I think a classic pair of tennis shoes might be better or a custom fit orthotic shoe.

I would definitely pick something else for the gym. It’s not going to do well with things like weight lifting, racquetball, basketball, strenuous aerobics or competitive sports. If you are doing light activities or walking on treadmill, it’s fine.

One thing I noticed about these pair of shoes is the fact that it's elastic.... It becomes bigger than your real shoe size as you use it thus your feet becomes shaky when you walk.

I think it’s the foam at the bottom that squishes out a bit like a pancake causing this effect over time. I wouldn’t call it shaky, but I know what you mean. They end up being a little bit more like slippers. It hasn’t been shaky for me but I can see how this can affect certain people. Only fix for this is a fresh new pair of shoes unfortunately.

Hi there, the materials used in this Go Walk 3 is textile for more comfort and liteness but they also have made in leather but not waterproof.

Eric, great feedback and obvious to do in hindsight. Unless you are constantly run / jogging like certain ER dramas / trauma centers shown on TV, and it can pass a visual inspection I’d say yes. But even if not, great all around weekend shoe.

Yes, socks. I use low cut. But like a lot of people, I have sweaty feet.

I have. But not ideal. Definitely better shoes for running. They will not last as long used as running shoes, nor do they get as tight on your feet as you might want for running.

Sometime in the 90s I think? I did get a good pair of quality boots from them in 1996. Wasn’t the most comfortable pair but good leather and decent style. I might still have them somewhere...

I don't remember them ever being cheap low quality shoes. I've always thought of them as a Kickers type of shoe, in fact, just a straight up alternative to Kickers which were a middle of the road shoe. Never cheap though. I missed a lot of stuff in the 90s, it was a very pleasant and hazy decade for me... so maybe I missed out the 'Cheap' beginings.

I’m planning on using them as house slippers myself. After my knee surgery, I need a comfortable slipper. How did they work for you? Comfortable? Slippery? Thanks. Happy new year.
