जरा नीचे सवाल के जवाब दो 1) सुमनजी के गाने की list दो जीसमे शुरुवात mind blowing आलाप से हो 2) सुमनजी के गाने की list दो जीसमे संगीतकार ने कुछ अलग प्रयास किया हो,सिर्फ मिठी आवाज और सरल धून नहीं 3) सुमनजी के गाने की list दो जीसमे pure classical हो, आलाप ताने मिंड मुरकी 4) सुमनजी के गाने की list दो जीसमे बहोत high pitch और बहोत low pitch notes हो 5) सुमनजी के गाने की lizt दो जीसमे कुछ हटके बात हो, सारे गाने एक ही pitch मे एक ही सूर मे है

Comparison is wrong. Lataji is Lataji and Sumanji is Sumanji. Just voice is not only thing. How you sing that is important. The song Dil Ek Mandir type consistency Sumanji could achieve consistently . Actually Sumanji came into Hindi just because of Lataji as she recommended her name. Lataji has taught all music fraternity on how to sing a perfect song. So you cannot compare her with anyone and bring her into any number games. If you really want to play number game then 1. Lataji 2. Ashaji and Geeta Dutt, 3. Sumanji, Shamshadji and Usha Mangeshkar, Alka, Kavita, Shreya, Sunidhi and Anuradha. And then the rest.

I am from Pakistan and I have been crazy about Indian music for the past 50 years. I'm full I solemnly swear to God that there never was and never will be anyone like Lata Mangeshkar. Suman Kalyanpur's voice seems to be coming out of a slightly strange nose, while Devi Lataji's voice is as clear as a flowing waterfall, so clear that it is like an open sky, clear as milk, clear and transparent. If there is any singer after Great Davi Lata Ji, it is the great Alka Yaganak It is so rare that anyone can be fooled by this post It is almost impossible to make anyone Lata Mangeshkar or match Lata Mangeshkar.

Suman ji kalyanpur ...One of my very very favourite singers....I sometimes feel she was much better than Lataji.... Agar toh Suman ji ko lataji ki tarah bahut saari films mein gaane ka mauka milta toh I am sure She would have been more popular than Lataji... Infact there are few songs which suman ji has sung lekin un records par naam lataji ka diya hai because she had a strong hold on the industry during that time and because of her , Suman ji was side tracked......

Sumanji jo Lataji ke hi Equal songs milne chahiye the Sumanji was 100%equal to the voice of Lataji if not better. Sumanji ke saath bahut xyadti hui Bhagwan aisa karne walon ko Ghaur Narak den. Lataji ki Takker ki Ager koi female singer thi Hai V rahegi to wo One and only Sumanji hi hai No Shreya No Anuradha No Alka No Shafhna No Kabita Not even Asha Bhonsle.

फिल्म संगीत एक buziness है कोई खैरात नहीं, यहा भिख मे गाने नहीं मिलते, रफी जी के साथ 200 गाने सुमनजी को इसलीये मिले की लता रफी एकसाथ गा नहीं रहे थें, भिखारी सुमन को और2कितना भिख चाहीये, सुमनजी की बहन भी गाती थी, सुमनजी ने अपने गाने अपनी बहन को दिये ?? नहीं ना ,फिर लता से भिख क्यू ?

Finally, it is destiny of each person. Not only hardwork, but good luck is also important. Suman Kalyanpur is the best example to that. Her voice and singing was sweet and melodious, but wavery as compared to that of the Melody Queen Lata Mangeshkar. The sun is only one for this earth. The stars may shine as much as they want, but they can never become the sun. Comparisons are always unhealthy and energy depleting. Each soul comes to this earth plane with its own glory, beauty & uniqueness. Ab kisko kya mila, yeh kismat ki baat hai. The good news is that even though it came late (the Padma Bhushan) still she received her due honours in life and the love of her fans which is not less than any other award.

At times in many songs u get confused whether its Lata oe Suman's voice. She has been my fev..she should get the same respect even today.❤
