Recipe:
paprika
Feta cheese
Cheddar or Parmesan cheese
tomatoes
coriander
Greek yogurt
olive oil
Salt
pepper
For the tzatziki dip:
Cucumbers
Greek yogurt
dill
Salt
pepper
Garlic
Wash the peppers, cut them in a T shape and remove the seeds.
Crumble feta in a bowl, grate cheese, add pressed garlic.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small cubes and add them to the bowl.
Finely chop the coriander and add it to the bowl.
Add natural yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix everything together.
Stuff peppers.
Brush the peppers with oil, sprinkle with oregano and bake at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
While the peppers are baking, let's make the tzatziki sauce!
Grate cucumber and set aside.
In a bowl, add natural yogurt, pressed garlic, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper.
Drain the liquid from the cucumber, add it to the bowl and mix everything together.
Remove the peppers from the oven, drizzle with balsamic cream and serve with the tzatziki.
