I saw the rates for the seasonals & pick-ups on the banner and thought "Oh that's a stupid low rate" and then here Gikku goes getting a bargain bin deal on SSRs the rest of the video.

It's like they increase the rates by 3 to 4 times higher than normal for this banner, I've got 15+1 SSR in just 200 pulls, guess they are trying to retain whatever player is left in this dying game

I think that idea will make the player trying the partner to have that special animation.. That will make the game last longer..

only unit that can buff V.noelle is a unit that will force (taunt) enemies to attack ally while giving defensive buff. sounds to OP to me
