No, he is broken. As a Torvald player, he is definitely broken. If you have Haven 3 and Veteran 3, you cannot be killed.

Flanks aren't supposed to follow the team. 💀 they just do their own thing and make their completely own decision on who to follow or who to fight and when to engage in a fight. Also clearly you haven't listened to the video. Torvald is still a good off tank. You literally always buy wrecker against him ALWAYS and resilience as well but mostly wrecker. If they have an aggressive comp or dive comp you're screwed against a Torvald. Wrecker wouldn't even matter because you're getting targeted by multiple people and can't simply focus on Torvald when he's not even a squishy plus his dps against squishies is decent. he does not need nulify to kill you. he can just put his recharge to shield up and has movement speed card to run away or chase you down. 💀💀

Buying wrecker/bulldozer isn't new, and abilities are balanced with the expectation that players will buy the counter-items to a champion. Player skill isn't eliminated by playing the meta.

Edit: Here's an example: It's pre-patch Diamond+ Ranked and both teams pick one point tank. One team is running Inara and the other team Fernando. The other champions selected are varied and don't make an impact on the match sway, only the two Frontlines do. Who wins?

@@laxattack4620 Inara probably because she got better damage than Nando. On the other end, the team against Nando has to buy wrecker. Very hard to say.

@@elmercy4968 Compared to buying resilience and bulldozer against pre-nerf Inara, buying wrecker against Aegis Fernando isn't nearly as bad.

Nullify makes you not able to heal, use your getaway ability or use a different attack. Whatever attack you are using during it, that is the only thing you can use.

It's not arbitrary, it's quite easy to understand actually. He nullifies everything that's not your primary attack. So, your left click/right trigger will work, but everything else won't.
