Ben, You could have edited out your mistakes (scratches because of no tape, wood falling down because adhesive wasn't set).....but you didn't. Thanks for your honesty and transparency. It says a lot about your character. Your attention to detail and precision is impressive. I can't wait to see how this turns out!

These windows look pretty sweet and are an excellent addition to the van. Really liked your tips for drilling and locating your pattern on the outside. Thanks for sharing!

This van is gonna be f*ckin rad… Also - I so love the cup with the drill bit extender for the metal shavings. Those suckers are such a pain (literally). Kudos!

Tip: April Wilkerson just built a cute dog house with large windows which meant she had to protect her pups from solar rays so she used a material by 3m that’s a film you easily place on any windows where the sunlight is too strong and it’s able to reduce exposure significantly. That and it looked beautiful. They have a multitude of window tints, colors, etc. but I bet the dark solar protective film would work great on your awesome van windows

I'm sure these aren't cheap, but I was thinking these would be good for Tiny Homes. They're lighter (& tougher) so the savings could really add up if using a bunch of them. Some homes get really close to max weight even with choosing lighter weight items that weren't first choice like kitchen backsplash or bathroom tile. PLUS these have screens. I've seen TH built with big windows that don't open (oh hell no) or windows that do open, but are screenless (oh hell no).
