I just want to make it clear I just wanted to better understand Greg’s thoughts on science. I wanted to know what parts of common science he has issues with and which parts he still thinks are integral. The biggest takeaway for me was when he was talking about not needing “proof”. It’s interesting how if you are trying to prove or disprove you are somewhat forcing it to be binary yes or no, which I think is a really nuanced and important lesson for me. Thanks Greg!

Chase is "free" already an employee so CF can just have him broadcast for the week and just pay him his normal salary whereas they have to pay Sean since he would be a contractor..... this is all comes down to what Don said on Pedro's Podcast increase profitability by cutting costs....

Am I the only one who thinks we need to rename the CrossFit games? I think CrossFit needs to separate itself from the games. Love the games but CrossFit is so much more important!
