@@newsprint323 that's not what i wanted to tell, there are many encounter run in valley everyday, many died, but the officer who run the whole operation has a right to decide, he chooses that way, ab jisko marna hi hai wo iske baad bhi marega, but the priority is to save the life first before situation get worsed
