Күн бұрынThesis নিয়ে ঝামেলা হয় নাই - এমন ছাত্র-ছাত্রী এ পৃথিবীতে নেই| দুঃখজনকভাবে, ছাত্রজীবনের অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ এই রিসার্চ ডকুমেন্ট-টি নিয়ে সুন্দর এবং সঠিক কোনো দিকনির্দেশনা পাওয়াটা দুষ্কর হয়ে ওঠে| একা একা ভুল ভাবে thesis-এর কাজ করতে থাকলে আবার “garbage research” হিসেবে চিহ্নিত হবার সম্ভাবনা থাকে, যা আমাদের একাডেমিক প্রোফাইল এর জন্য উল্টো ক্ষতিকারক হয়ে যায়!
কিন্তু তাহলে thesis লিখবো কিভাবে? কি কি দেখে thesis topic সিলেক্ট করবো? কিভাবে কাজ এগিয়ে রাখলে thesis-টা পাবলিকেশন করতে পারবো ভবিষ্যৎ-এ? আমাদের ইউনিভার্সিটি তে thesis করায় না - তাহলে পাবলিকেশন করবো কিভাবে? Thesis-টা কি বাইরে উচ্চশিক্ষার জন্য জরুরি?

থিসিস ব্যাবস্থা না থাকলে কিভাবে কি করা যায়। আরেকটা ভিডিও আশা করছি।কারণ ধরুন আমি bachelor করছি botany থেকে ক্যারিয়ার করতে চাচ্ছি bioengineering ,chemical and biological engineering or Nano biotechnology এগুলাতে।অর্থাৎ মেজর চেঞ্জ করতে চাই। মেজর চেঞ্জ নিয়ে আপনাদের ভিডিওটা দেখেছি। বেশ ভালো লেগেছে।ভিডিওতে রিসার্স ,পাবলিকেশন এগুলাতে গুরুত্ত দিতে বলছে which is not being possible from national university

ভাইয়া, আমি ফোর্থ ইয়ারের স্টুডেন্ট। আমি আন্ডারগ্র্যাজুয়েটে ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সাবজেক্ট থেকে পোস্টগ্র্যাজুয়েটে ফিজিক্স নিয়ে পড়াশোনা করতে চাই। আমার থিসিস ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং সাব্জেক্টেই। এখন আমি যদি পোস্টগ্র্যাজুয়েটে ফিজিক্সে সুইচ করতে চাই তাহলে রিসার্চ পেপার বা ফিজিক্স রিলেটেড টপিকে থিসিস না থাকলে কী সমস্যা হবে??

Dear Anup Kumar Shuvo, The number of people is usually determined by the extent of research. Large research work could need a team of more than 10 people. On the other hand, it is very common to have single person Thesis research in Bangladesh's undergraduate system. Hope it helps!

Thesis is a requirement for university graduation (depending on the program). Publication is a repository of knowledge. You do not need to "choose" between them! You can do both, you can do one, or you can do neither. They are mutually exclusive; but thesis often helps in publishing a student's first paper.

Sir, is there any requirement that has to be fulfilled by a student to do thesis? I really need to know about this. I heard a student at least needs 3.50 in result to do thesis, otherwise he/she cannot participate in the research program or thesis.

Dear Nazifa Bashir, Not at all! We have not heard of "CGPA restraints" for doing thesis / research works. Research and academic grades are mutually exclusive - a great researcher may not be a great exam candidate! Hope it helps!
