This is special arrangement they did just for The FIRST TAKE during their stay in Japan. It’s a huge huge YT channel in Japan (owned by Sony Music). Artists that are invited to perform are those who can take FIRST TAKE’s challenge, “a mic and a white studio. And just one rule, they got one take” Oh man they killed it so much. We the Japanese fans have been screaming for FIRST TAKE to have them perform and they def delivered. This performance also highlighted that Ken never ever stopped singing melodies and his lines from beginning to end!

I guess this is what happens when a member is also a music producer. We get so many different great versions of Gento. So, despite it being performed for the nth time, we never get tired of it as we always get new flavors. Ate it indeed.

It's crazy when their voices come together, very beautiful! Ken's voice vibrating throughout the song is just a perfect mix.

When they said they are nervous, that is true... They are always like that before they perform, but once they started no one can stop them - they just deliver right away and provide viewers and listeners their best performance while enjoying their selves in the process. They don't do "good enough" performances, they always give their best on their performances 'cause they believe that they owe it to the people that watch and support them. I know right? Once the music started, they were on! On Pablo’s live with Josh, he mentioned that he asked if they could do a 2nd take before they started and they said no😂. So they had to be flawless. He did do a remix for this one himself.

Their nervousness was not apparent especially after they started singing. They got into the zone very quickly. They did seem a little shy and nervous when they came in, though. You can see the difference of how they were acting before and after sang. Much relaxed after.

First take is for those artists who took the challenge of showcasing their raw, pure talent. As Pablo said, there's no room for mistakes there cuz they were only given ONE chance. They asked the staff if ever they got a mistake even a small one to have a 2nd repeat but the staff declined. That's why as they said they were a bit nervous..So that was the challenge there.
