This week Heidi is off school on half term. I take a short visit to one of my favourite houses in the whole wide world - Haddon Hall - to see if the roses are in bloom yet. Then we spend a lovely sunny spring day at Renishaw Hall.

I live in western Idaho, and everyone's Iris's are blooming now! It is such a treat to see the Iris's and other beautiful flowers in Derbyshire, England. I so appreciate how you lovingly chronicle stately homes, cottages, countrysides and gardens in all their seasonal glory. I’m working my way through episodes I missed before finding your delightful vlogs. I have nine to go and I will be completely up to date. My love of all things English has grown in recent years since finding out that a quarter of my genetic heritage comes from your shores. When I make it across the pond, Renishaw Hall is number one on my list. I'm fascinated by the Sitwell family history. Actually, Derbyshire as a whole looks like a wonderful place.

Nearby Raleigh at Fearington Village a small herd of belted Galloway cows reside. They Are used for atmosphere and Part of the logo. Beautiful animals and a rare breed. One More fine video by you and The little gem. Heidi of course!

In my town in the US beef has become hard to find.Cant find chuck rost and beef cutlets at Kroger store.They said they have cut down on ordering meat.Its very expensive.I dont know any farmers to buy meat from.
